In life, there isn’t only a physical death we experience. Humans, as we are nature, can experience a multitude of deaths in one lifetime. Death of ego, death of former self, death of relationships, of old ways, ideas, habits and thinking. And so, we also get to experience rebirth. In Bali, the Hindus believe in reincarnation – in life after death, in every way – in not only the spirits being reincarnated in forms of other family members but the locals here frequently observe water cleansing ceremonies to symbolize rebirth and renewal, a ceremony that we’ll practice on this retreat.

Home to our co-founder Azma Ousmand, this Bali retreat is also curated to give you an insider’s experience. We’ll indulge in fresh, healthy and delicious foods that Bali is renowned for and partake in a cooking class to learn how to make some of its traditional dishes. There’ll be plenty of time to rest, explore waterfalls and beautiful beaches, shop in local markets, visit some of the most beautiful temples, and experience its local culture. ABOUT STEPH RAE

Stephanie is  a World Renowned Embodiment and Tantric Sex Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner for Trauma Healing and Nervous System + Emotional Regulation Coach for Entrepreneurs, Coaches + Business Leaders

She has been in the somatic and embodiment industry since 2008 when she left her Investment Banking career to go study breathwork, meditation and Hatha Yoga in an Ashram. 

Stephanie has studied in depth through a 3 year accredited school that the founder of Somatic Experiencing created by Peter Levine with a niche in attachment, relational and sexual trauma.

She’s lived, breathed, practiced and studied trauma with literally hundreds of humans in an intensive way since 2008 including Chicago Rape Crisis Centers and in Domestic Violence Shelters. 

She completed a 500 hour coaching course in Tantric Sex, Jade Egg and Sexual Empowerment/Healing, a two year long Biodynamic Breathwork Facilitation Course, studied with world class leaders in life and business coaching as well as Tantra and Embodiment Facilitation.

Stephanie facilitates International Tantra and Adventure Retreats around the world in locations such as Peru, Iceland, Egypt, Ireland and Bali. Additionally, she runs intimate, plant medicine groups and retreats in Chicago with a female, world class shaman that is unparalleled in support in the industry.

Ubud is a very unique place and is centrally located which makes it a great base to explore Bali and the surrounding areas. Ubud village is rich in culture and has beautiful traditional arts, statues, temples and gardens. There is so much to do and explore in Ubud and the vibe here is like no other!

• Initial deposits are strictly non-refundable
• If cancelled between 90 to 60 days of the Retreat start date, 25% of the Retreat price paid is forfeited. Any remaining balance paid may be used as credit for future bookings up to one year of the cancellation date. 
• If cancelled 60 days or less prior to the Retreat start date, 100% of the Retreat price paid is forfeited
• If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, there are no refunds

Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart. 

An information package will be sent 30 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list, and trip details. 

It is your responsibility to confirm your passport has 6 months validity prior to departure from your origin.

1. Who can attend this retreat?

Our retreats are for everyone! It doesn't matter what your age, gender, race, weight, height, flexibility and level of experience is - the practice of yoga is for every single being.  New to yoga? We all have to start somewhere and retreats are the perfect space to start and/or grow your practice. Don't worry about how advanced others may be and remember this journey is yours, take all the time and be patient with yourself. If you're new, let us know so we can make sure our teachers are prepped to assist you. 

2. I've never travelled before and I don't have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?

Yes!! Before you go, we are here to guide you and get you prepared as much as possible for this retreat and travel experience. With us, you're never alone! We set up a group chat to communicate with one week prior to the retreat to check in and update each other as you start your travel from where ever you may be. We'll pair you up with a roommate, who will most likely end up being a lifelong friend.  You may come alone, but you'll end up leaving with a community of like minded people who will forever be connected through this experience. 

3. What do I need to pack?

30 days before your retreat, we'll send you a guide of what to pack and bring. 

4. What type of travel insurance do I need and why is it mandatory?

Your insurance will need to cover emergency medical and trip cancellation/interruption. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances either before or on your retreat. 

5. Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Yes! Once you've paid the deposit amount, the remainder of your balance can be split and paid by the remaining months left until the full balance is due.  For example, if the total retreat is $1,800 USD and you pay your $500 deposit in November - starting from December to June (7 months) you will pay a monthly fee of $186 USD.
