FAQ:

1.  I'm in an interracial couple with one Black identifying partner and wondering if 'The Black Love Retreat' is for us?
Our answer is absolutely! We encourage you to join!  Many intercultural and interracial relationships benefit even more from a deep dive into understanding the specific impact of culture, anti-blackness and oppression on their partners. Worried about the group?  We know it may be uncomfortable- but you're not alone and that's a good thing. We set and expect a norm of empathy, support, and a desire for growth within the retreat- so that we can all make the most out of the group and the experience.

2.  Is this all-inclusive, really?

Yes, this resort is an all-inclusive resort; food, drinks, all off-site excursions, couples activities, therapy one-on-ones, and transportation to-and-from the airport are all included in your ticket price. Your written Gottman relationship assessment is also yours to keep as part of your fee.

3. What should I pack?

Absolutely bring your passport! We also suggest you bring casual clothes, clothes for yoga/meditation for most days, a bathing suit, one or two formal outfits, and a couple of outfits you won't mind getting wet for your day trip or other trips you choose to take off-property. Also remember your sunscreen and bug spray.

4. Can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately, no. This is an adults only resort.
