Experience the history of chocolate, how chocolate is created from “bean to bar” as well as watch demonstrations.
Visit shops that have been featured on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel and the Travel Channel.

You are welcome/encouraged to bring a morning snack, just no glass bottles please. We will do our best to do a rest stope enroute home as well, but feel free to bring a small cooler with some snacks. Lunch will be 11:30am AND you will have CHOCOLATE

10:30am We will pick up our guide for what we expect to be an enterraining and delicious 4 1/2 hours

11:00 AM Arrive at the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory in DUMBO.
11:30 AM Arrive at Grimaldi’s’s IN DUMBO for lunch.
1:00 PM Arrive at The Chocolate Room in Cobble Hill.
2:00 PM Arrive at Raaka Chocolate in Red Hook.
3:00 PM Arrive at Li-Lac Chocolates in Sunset Park.
3:30 pm Say good bye to Brooklyn and return home.
4:30pm Return to Seabrook - drop small group
5:30 pm Approximate arrival back at Target
6:00pm Approximate arrial time back at Fire house
