Nichole is a connection to soul guide as she activates your pineal gland and teaches how to balance your chakras. You’ll embark on a journey where yoga feels like a conversation with the universe, meditations transport you to other dimensions and nature walks become spiritual pilgrimages.
This retreat isn’t about escaping. It’s about diving deeper into the spaces of your soul that deserve love and attention. Here you will learn what’s working and what’s not working in your body and learn tools to realign with who you really are and what you are meant to do in this life. You will leave with a toolkit of spiritual practices you can use in your daily life and will be a continuation of Mystica at home. We also honor the importance of channeling our energy through adventure and play! Throughout the retreat, we’ll embrace the wild beauty of Costa Rica, engaging in immersive experiences that allow us to express and release energy beyond the body.
