All flights arrive into Cabo San Lucas International Airport (SJD)

When booking your flight, arrive at Los Cabos International Airport (airport code SJD) between 12pm-2pm, or as close to that time as possible. If you arrive too far outside of arranged shuttle times, you will be responsible for your own transport, arranged by the resort, at your own cost. Check in is 3pm.

Departing flights should be scheduled after 12pm from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Check out is 11am.

*Shuttle times will be confirmed closer to retreat date. 

The resort offers a wide array of vegetarian cuisine, harvesting as much as we can from our organic garden. For those groups that would like it, we can also provide fresh fish and seafood options. All meals are served buffet-style and include juices, purified water, coffee, and tea.

Our usual schedule for meals is as follows:

Coffee, Tea, and Fruit:   7:30 am 

Breakfast:                        10:00 am
Lunch:                               1:30 pm
Dinner:                             6:30 pm

Reservations/ Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. Payment can be made by cash, personal check, PayPal, or VISA or Mastercard (with a fluctuating processing fee depending upon payment method). The following payments must be made to The Complete Retreat:

1. 50% of the total cost (minus the $500 deposit) is due by October 1st, 2021
2. The balance of the amount is due and must be received 30 days prior to the retreat, December 31st, 2021. If payment is not received by this date the room/spot will be released.

Payment Includes: Six nights lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transportation to/ from Cabo San Lucas International (SJD) and unlimited classes and workshops. Payment Does Not Include:Airfare, additional food & beverages, adult beverages, spa services, excursions, tipping and any travel insurance.Please note, you do not need to have your flight booked in order to register, however, please confirm room availability and details of flight times before booking your flights. Room selections are available on a first come first serve basis.  Cancellation 90 days or more prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a full refund less $500 deposit.Cancellation 0-59 days prior to the first day of the retreat: no refunds There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies for any reasons including flight delays, personal injuries, unpredictable weather, a pandemic, or acts of nature. 

Travel Insurance:  We highly recommend travel insurance should your travel plans change or if the retreat is cancelled for any reason. TCR will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.

*NOTE: all U.S. citizens need a valid U.S. passport to travel in and out of the U.S. Your passport MUST have at least 6 months remaining before expiration to be considered valid. Please check with your airline or travel agent if you have additional questions regarding necessary documentation.

The Complete Retreat RELEASE The Easy Version: This wellness retreat is held in Baja, Mexico.  Many classes and adventures happen in the outdoors and sometimes the outdoors are unpredictable. You may encounter things like, sunshine (caution excessive exposure can cause burns), little rocks (ouch), big rocks (dayum), the ocean and it’s creatures (stingrays and fish and whales – if we’re lucky), lots of outdoor-joy seeking activities like beach walks, workouts, yoga classes, meditations, bike riding, surfing, horse back riding and kayaking (please know your limits), bugs that like to bite you for no good reason(!), new foods that may cause your belly to say “no thank you”, exposure to raucous laughter… etc.
