Imagine being away from your everyday tasks and surroundings for 4 days, in the serene setting of the Finger Lakes in New York with a small group of women, in a suite in the private renovated barn of a sprawling spa resort.

You unwind at the spa the day you arrive and then spend the next 3 days achieving exactly what you want to get done.

3 Nights in a Suite
4 private rooms and one shared room in suites in a renovated vintage barn at La Tourelle Hotel & Spa in Ithaca, NY
All Meals
From a Welcome Dinner in the barn to breakfast at the hotel's bistro on the last day
Spa Day
One spa treatment is included on the first day while we all unwind at the spa, enjoy steam room and sauna, and relaxation spaces. Choose from 60 minute facial, massage or reiki.
Strategic Planning
We'll create your individual plan for the retreat when we gather after dinner on the first night.
Deep Work Guidance
I will teach you the principles of Deep Work so that you can maximize this time and get done what you want to achieve.
Cacao & Cards
A morning ritual of ceremonial cacao and drawing an oracle card for guidance for each day
Accountability
We will check in periodically to keep everyone on track.
Support
I will be there soley for support, to get what you need and do what you ask. Proofreading? Sure! More coffee? On it!
Hiking
Trails behind the resort lead directly to one of Ithaca's spectacular waterfalls. We will build in time in nature, yoga, breathwork and meditation as the group desires.
Laughter
The most creative space you can be in is relaxed and joyful!

Lisa creates space for the magic to happen. The food and lodging were amazing, the participants were fun and supportive, and the location and structure were conducive to getting my creative juices flowing and my attitude reset. I learned a lot and am well on my way to creating something new.

This is experience is life changing! Being with Lisa and Alise for this event is nutrition for my soul! The entire weekend is filled with love, great food, beautiful views and beautiful people.
