On Friday November 16th we will board The Wine Train. The Napa Valley Wine Train takes you on a 36-mile round-trip discovery to St. Helena and back, stopping at celebrated wineries along the way. ROOMING LIST

A rooming list including names, arrival and departure dates, and number of guests occupying each room, guarantee for late arrival and method of guarantee should be received no later than 10/16/2018.  All rooms remaining in your block will be returned to general inventory for sale to other groups and/or individuals after  10/16/2018.  Any reservation requests or changes after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the current available rate.  One night’s guest room and tax will be billed to your Master Account for each guest who does not arrive or whose reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.  Individual attendees must be advised of the Hotel’s cancellation policy, which is 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge.
