We had a wonderful trip, great people, great food and amazing experience; and our host Anie and Herbie was so gracious and caring for our every need. VOCO hotel in Johannesburg was outstanding and the location was very nice several options for shopping and eating when on our own , however the Pullman Hotel in Cape Town was much less than outstanding after leaving the VOCO.

We had a great time. My mother is 80 years old and requires assistance to get around. They made sure they accommodated her the entire trip. This was an experience that I'll never forget. Activities were amazing. Schedule was well paced.

The Platinum Experience Johannesburg and Cape Town was simply amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience visiting the historical sites, culturally and the delicious food. We were a group of 15 the Maximum Impact tour guides Anie and Herbie were very accommodating, attentive and kind. They were very special, knowledgeable and nice individuals. I enjoyed all of the tours in Johannesburg and Cape Town even the Safari. I enjoyed meeting some really nice people and developed a life time bond. The living accommodations were very nice. I would highly recommend Maximum Impact Travel and look forward to using them again.

Our trip to Ghana with Maximum Impact was more than we imagined it would be. It was perfect for our 1st trip to Ghana and West Africa. Any initial concerns or worries we had were completely dispelled upon arrival and our first encounter with our tour guide team. Morris and his team, especially Arrine (sp?), were eager to ensure our comfort, and met us each day with friendly, dedicated service. Our itinerary was well planned, and it seems, we visited all the top sites. Our hotels and the restaurants were top tier, well appointed, and offered impressive service. Our trip was perfect! Ervin J and I highly recommend this trip. We look forward to traveling with Maximum Impact again in the future.

I had the absolute privilege of joining the Gateway Experience Ghana, July 2022. There's only one word to describe it - TRANSFORMATIVE. Jay has done the work and created a truly phenomenal travel experience. Because of his efforts, I connected with the ancestors, with Ghanaians, with Africans and with myself. I fell in love with Ghana and am now planning to move there. Jay and his local team - the incomparable Morris and the loyal Ernest - took care of every detail and provided a trip that was informative, enjoyable and safe. I don't think I could have that experience with any other tour operator. From now on, I will only travel with Jay and Maximum Impact when I visit any place in Africa. In fact, my group and I are planning to travel together again to Tanzania next year. It's just that deep. If you love Black people and Blackness, then love yourself by booking a trip with Maximum Impact!

Customer service exceptional! What a pleasure to work with Maximum Impact Travel for this trip. They are thorough and very attentive as there are several steps to traveling to Ghana; the entire Maximum Impact team made the booking process seamless with EASY-to-follow instructions. All questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. And, oh my goodness, once you get to Ghana, you will be warmly received by the Maximum Impact team and treated like a V.I.P. Accommodations are clean and super-comfortable and offer all amenities. Don’t hesitate booking the trip if you’re traveling solo as I was. It’s a trip of a lifetime where you will meet wonderful traveling companions, tour the country with knowledgeable guides and wish that the trip was longer. I LOVED IT! A powerful and stirring cultural tour that also includes fun-loving activities. Outstanding job by Maximum Impact. I’m already planning my next tour with you.
