About your Teachers
Join us & deepen your Personal Asana (yoga postures ) practice, improve your alignment and build confidence. Our Retreats are offered to students at both beginner and advanced levels and are also highly beneficial to yoga teachers wishing to develop themselves and enhance their existing practice. Our retreats also encourage transformation and purification of body & mind as we have learned from our Gurus.

Sophie has over 1500 hours of training & initially trained as a yoga teacher in 2012 and then travelled to Koh Phangan, Thailand in 2017 & India in 2019 to deepen her knowledge of yoga and mindfulness and expand her practice. Sophie has over 1000 hours of training in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama. She completed a 500hr training under the guidance of her Guru Dr. Kumar in 2021 and 2022.
The style of yoga that she is passionate about teaching is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice with an emphasis on mindful movement. Her aim is to spread inspiration for joyful living.
Sophie also teaches asana (postures) practice, vinyasa flow, pranayama (breath work), and mindfulness and meditation on our retreats. Sophie’s sister Nadia is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and will teach ayurveda lectures and the chanting of healing mantras.
Students will arrive between 2pm and 3pm. The first practice will be sunset Yin practice at 6.30pm followed by dinner.
