Dates: September 29 – October 2
Take your fiber journey to the next level with our Spin to Weave intensive. Designed for makers ready to experience the full magic of fiber transformation, this four-day retreat guides you through the process of creating a textured woven scarf from scratch.
Under the expert co-guidance of Tammy Jordan (Goldieknots) and weaving expert Camille, you will explore the ancient rhythm of designing custom art batts, spinning your own unique handspun yarn, and learning the deep satisfaction of warping and weaving your yarn into a finished, wearable masterpiece.
Between workshops, enjoy the historic atmosphere of the Nome Schoolhouse—whether you’re practicing your draw in a sun-drenched cozy nook or sharing a "Sip and Spin" session in our social lounges.
Expect more than just "event food." Our in-house chefs prepare world-class, scratch-made meals using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. From Monday’s welcome supper to Thursday’s farewell lunch, your culinary journey will be as inspiring as your creative one.
