Through daily embodiment classes, guided exercises, healing experiences, nature immersion, and conscious connection, you'll be given the space to reconnect with yourself in a deeper and more authentic way.

The rainforest itself becomes part of the experience. Surrounded by nature's wisdom, beauty, and presence, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to live from alignment rather than survival.

Jamie Bates is an Energy Facilitator, Consciousness Teacher, Author, and Retreat Leader with more than 20 years of experience helping people move beyond limitations and create meaningful transformation in their lives.

After decades of studying energy, consciousness, personal growth, healing modalities, and human behavior, Jamie developed a unique approach that combines energetic awareness, embodiment practices, conscious choice, and practical tools for lasting change.

She is the author of multiple books, creator of over 100 courses and programs, and has worked with thousands of individuals from around the world through private sessions, group programs, live events, and retreats.

Jamie's work focuses on helping people recognize the unconscious patterns shaping their reality, release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lives that feel more aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.

Her retreats are known for blending powerful transformation with genuine connection, laughter, adventure, and real-world application. Participants often leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, deeper self-awareness, and practical tools they can continue using long after the retreat ends.

The Frequency Shift Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself in one of the most beautiful environments in the world, and experience the power of conscious transformation in real time.

Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and the advance commitments required for accommodations, transportation, meals, excursions, and retreat planning, all retreat payments are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of illness, injury, flight disruptions, family emergencies, weather events, or any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
