Join us for a 4 day immersive retreat experience in one of the leading spa & wellness destinations in Europe. This pilates & spa experience will enrich both your self-care as well as your movement practice, while helping you step away from your daily life to fully recharge and cultivate a deep connection between the body & mind. We had a wholesome time in a special place surrounded by raw landscapes of the island. Daily Yoga practice, and gorgeous local veggie meals to taste. We got time for stillness, quietness, some reflection, fun and excitement. Thank you for organizing this beautiful retreat!
