Jesse has studied with masters of Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, and Integral Yoga. He continues studying to deepen his practice and understanding, inspired by teachers who have included Jonny Kest, David Williams, and Swami Satchitananda. Jesse holds an E-RYT 500 certification, as well as operating The Grateful Yoga RYS 200 for teacher training. On the mat he brings lightness, youthfulness, and a sense of gentle ease to his practice, sharing the art of vulnerability as a means to freedom and strength. Jesse leads his classes through creative, breath-guided flows that draw out a full range of motion and emotion, always leaving everyone smiling. He believes that yoga is the pathway to a renewed sense of awe, adventure, and appreciation of our lives, as well as an opportunity for us to feel more connected and intentional. He has been practicing and teaching since 2002, and continues to spread a message of peace, love, and community.
