There are some places that stay with you long after you've left them. Norway is one of those places.
Now, after three incredible expeditions through the fjords, mountains, and wild landscapes of Norway, we're heading back in 2027 for another unforgettable adventure. This isn't a sightseeing holiday. It's a chance to immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular environments on the planet, alongside a group of people who believe that adventure should be accessible to everyone.
Over seven days, we'll paddle through crystal-clear waters surrounded by towering mountains, explore hidden trails, wild camp beneath huge skies, share stories around campfires, and experience the freedom that only comes from spending time in the outdoors. There will be moments of challenge, moments of reflection, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Whether you're living with a disability, recovering from injury, or simply looking for something more meaningful than an ordinary holiday, this expedition is designed to focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
No experience is needed. Just a willingness to embrace adventure, support those around you, and discover what happens when you step outside your comfort zone.
Norway 2027 is about more than paddling canoes and exploring fjords. It's about building confidence, creating friendships, challenging perceptions, and making memories that will stay with you for years to come.
The mountains are waiting.
Join us for the adventure.
The best people to tell you about an Adaptive Expeditions adventure are those who have already experienced it.
"I thought the Adaptive Expeditions team were kind, cohesive and really enhanced the trip. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and support was offered in a non-patronising, enabling manner. As someone navigating new impairments, kayaking, the sun, and a completely new environment, this had the potential to be overwhelming. Instead, I felt supported throughout. Josh, Billy, Matt and Chris never seemed to stop until everything was done. Please pass on my thanks – you all couldn't have done more."
"I loved how the pace of the trip responded to the needs of the group. There was never any pressure to keep up or do more than you were comfortable with."
"The catering was incredible. Quite possibly the most epic BBQs I've ever experienced!"
"The scenery was breathtaking, but what made the trip special was the people. Everyone was encouraged to take part, contribute and enjoy the adventure in their own way."
"I've come home with memories, friendships and confidence that I didn't have before I left."
