About this trip

There are some places that stay with you long after you have left them. Norway is one of those places.

Following the incredible demand for our 2027 Norway expedition, we are excited to introduce a second, shorter adventure from 28 June to 2 July 2027.

This may be a shorter expedition, but it will be no less adventurous.

Across five unforgettable days, we will immerse ourselves in Norway’s dramatic fjords, towering mountains and wild landscapes. We will paddle across crystal-clear water, explore beautiful trails, spend evenings beneath huge skies and share the experience with a group of people who believe adventure should be accessible to everyone.

This is not a traditional sightseeing holiday. It is a carefully supported expedition that gives you the opportunity to experience the freedom, challenge and connection that come from spending meaningful time outdoors.

There will be moments that test you, moments that allow you to slow down and reflect, and plenty of laughter, encouragement and shared achievement along the way.

Whether you are living with a disability, recovering from injury or simply searching for something more meaningful than an ordinary break, this expedition is designed to focus on what you can do, not what you cannot.

No previous experience is needed. You simply need a willingness to embrace the adventure, support the people around you and discover what can happen when you step beyond your comfort zone.

Norway 2027 Week 2 is about far more than paddling through the fjords. It is about building confidence, creating friendships, challenging perceptions and making memories that will remain with you long after the journey home.

Five days. One incredible adventure.

The mountains are waiting.

Join us for Norway 2027.

Feedback on 2025

The best people to tell you about an Adaptive Expeditions adventure are those who have already experienced it.

"I thought the Adaptive Expeditions team were kind, cohesive and really enhanced the trip. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and support was offered in a non-patronising, enabling manner. As someone navigating new impairments, kayaking, the sun, and a completely new environment, this had the potential to be overwhelming. Instead, I felt supported throughout. Josh, Billy, Matt and Chris never seemed to stop until everything was done. Please pass on my thanks – you all couldn't have done more."

"I loved how the pace of the trip responded to the needs of the group. There was never any pressure to keep up or do more than you were comfortable with."

"The catering was incredible. Quite possibly the most epic BBQs I've ever experienced!"

"The scenery was breathtaking, but what made the trip special was the people. Everyone was encouraged to take part, contribute and enjoy the adventure in their own way."

"I've come home with memories, friendships and confidence that I didn't have before I left."
