Tbilisi is the capital of the country of Georgia. Its cobblestoned old town reflects a long, complicated history, with periods under Persian and Russian rule. Its diverse architecture encompasses Eastern Orthodox churches, ornate art nouveau buildings and Soviet Modernist structures. 

Jvari Monastery is a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, eastern Georgia. Along with other historic structures of Mtskheta, it is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. 

 It was built in the 11th century (1010-1029) on the site of the Twelve Apostles Church, the first Christian Georgian church erected in the 4th century. There is a religious legend, connected with this church origination, about Elioz, a citizen of Mtskheta, who found the Tunic of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem. 

 SIGHNAGHI 

Georgia’s Smallest Town also known as the City of Love, is a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia’s wine-growing regions, as well as picturesque landscapes, pastel houses and narrow cobblestone streets. Signage overlooks the vast Alazani Valley, with the Caucasus Mountains visible in the distance. 

 BODBE MONASTERY 

St. Nino Convent and Bodbe (Qiziki) Eparchy Episcopacy center is located in 2 km from Sighnaghi. Cathedral was constructed in IV century AD, on the tomb of St. Nino who introduced Christianity in Georgia. Bodbe Episcopacy was founded in V century by Vakhtang Gorgasali.

The Ananuri is a fortress situated on the foreland by the Aragvi River, not far from Zhinvali water reservoir and about 70 km from Tbilisi, Georgia. It was built by the Dukes of Aragvi and its earliest parts date from the 13th century. The fortress is on the UNESCO Tentative list. The fortress consist of two fortifications joined by a crenellated curtain wall. 

Gudauri is a small touristic settlement and ski mountain resort located at the altitude of 3,000m on the southern slopes of the Lesser Caucasus range of Georgia. Gudauri is situated 120 km from Tbilisi. You can reach it by the Georgian Military Road in about 2 hours by car. Once many well-known writers and poets such as: Alexander Griboedov, Alexander Pushkin, Mikhail Lermontov, Vladimir Mayakovsky and even Alexandre Dumas went by it. 

 Kazbegi district lies in the Caucasus mountains north of Tbilisi, beneath the famous Mount Kazbek. Due to its combination of easy accessibility and natural beauty, it is the most visited mountain area in Georgia.Gergeti Trinity Church is a popular name for Holy Trinity Church near the village of Gergeti in Georgia. The church is situated on the right bank of the river Chokheri at an elevation of 2170 meters under Mount Kazbegi.
