HERE ARE A FEW REMINDERS:

#1.  Check your calendar to ensure that you are available on the trip dates. 

#2. Check your Passport to make sure it CURRENTLY valid and will REMAIN valid for at least 6 months from the date of return. (March 2024)

#3. Deposits are Refundable within 14 days of booking. (minus a $40 service fee)

#4. After 14 days Cancellation rules apply. 

#5. Bookings made within 60 days of Travel are Non Refundable

In these unprecedented times, it is natural to want your travel to be insured for unexpected changes, challenges, or travel interruptions. 

PLEASE NOTE:

#1. Base package does Not include Travel Insurance. 

#2. Upon completion of your booking, there will be an option offered to add trip insurance to your package. 

#3. Flights booked through certain airlines may be covered by a MultiRisk Travel Insurance. Please inquire with your airline carrier to confirm if insurance applies to your booking.

#4. If you have chosen a package that includes flights, You will receive a flight request form where you can select the option for adding flight insurance.

offers flexibility for clients that need to budget the payments over time. A deposit reserves the spot and payment dates are set typically in 5-8 installments.

TRANSFER POLICY:

**A Trip Booking is transferable to another traveler dependent upon: room-type, availability, and final approval of GLN travel team. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. When transferring your booking to another person a $40 processing fee applies

2. It is the responsibility of the current traveler to organize and obtain any trip costs and/or reimbursements from the replacement traveler. 

3. GLN is not held responsible for any unpaid fees associated with a replacement or transfer of booking

CANCELLATION: 

1.  200 days out - reimbursement less 50% of deposit amount

2. 160 days out - reimbursement less deposit amount

3. 120 days out - reimbursement less 25% & deposit amount

3. 90 days out - reimbursement less 50% & deposit amount

4. 75 days out - non refundable (transfer only)  

*PLEASE NOTE: 

COVID Regulations continue to shift over time. Currently, All GLN travelers MUST provide proof of Negative PCR/Antigen test results received no more than 72 hours before trip departure date. The safety and well-being of guests, travelers, and colleagues is always a top priority. 

In Addition:

Departure to GREECE:

Government mandate – This location currently has unrestricted COVID-19 travel policy 

• Face coverings - May be required in specific hotel spaces or certain indoor public areas

Returning to USA:

• COVID-19 testing -  The CDC has reduced restrictions. Currently, air travelers who are fully vaccinated are NOT REQUIRED to show a negative COVID-19 test result for re-entry into the U.S. Unvaccinated travelers may be required to provide proof o negative test results and/or complete a TAF (Travel Attestation Form). If required, Covid-19 PCR testing will be arranged for your exit from Greece & return into the USA. *Cost for testing is separate
• Updates & Notifications - GLN will continue to monitor all updates & guidelines. If required, Covid-19 PCR/or Antigen testing will be arranged by GLN for all travelers prior to departure and added to the itinerary schedule. (Testing fee not included)
