After breakfast, we will meet our private English Speaking Guide to start our private city tour of Abu Dhabi also known as the Arabian Jewel.
We will visit first Heritage Village, a reconstructed traditional "oasis". Here, journey to the past and experience life in Abu Dhabi before oil revenues altered the landscape. We’ll experience different aspects of desert life attractively displayed in the open-air museum, along with workshops, where craftsmen demonstrate traditional skills and women sit weaving and spinning. At the Breakwater, we’ll pause to take photos of Abu Dhabi’s fabulous skyline and photo stop to Emirates Palace from outside.
Then will go along the city's glamorous Corniche, with blue waters glittering on one side and shimmering skyscrapers lining the other. Continue drive through Saadiyat Island for photo stop from outside in Louvre Museum and then will visit with guided to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque which is considered as the most architectural treasure of contemporary UAE society - and one of the most beautiful in the world - initiated no less by the late president HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who is fondly thought of as the father of the UAE.
At 2:00Pm after the Mosque visit, we drive to Yas Island and we take lunch in Crowne Plaza Yas Island (no drinks).
After lunch we drive to Saadiyat Island and visit Louvre Museum. Museums traditionally display objects and artworks belonging to an artistic civilization, historical period or art movement in one room. While giving us a taste of what a particular culture may have been like, this approach can give the impression of hermetically sealed cultures developing with no outside influence, no exchange or trade of ideas, knowledge, trends or stories.
At 5:00pm, drive back to hotel and evening free time at your own leisure.
