About your trip

This is a small, down to earth, but transformative space for three people. There will be a gentle exploration to find out what really happens in your relationships, the one to yourself and the ones to others. How you protect yourself, and what gets in the way of feeling close and connected.

Set in the peace of the countryside of Essaouira Morocco, our time together is designed to hold space for deep silence, inner inquiry, gentle presence, and heartfelt connection all woven with the magic of these ancient lands.

Through a unique embodied parts work approach, James will guide you gently to the parts that block or resist, or long and crave love.

Through turning the lens back on the parts within and with gentle self-exploration, group sharing, and quiet time you’ll get to know the different parts of yourself that shape how you relate to others, and to life.

The result?

  • More ease and confidence in how you feel in yourself and how you show up in relationships.

  • Clearer boundaries and a calmer heart

  • A deeper sense of connection with yourself and the people around you

We meet in a beautiful peaceful and natural villa, with nourishing food three times a day, good company, and a slow pace and space to breathe, rest, and reflect.

There will also be an opportunity to visit the local beach and a different exploration in the medina, so there is a beautiful integration and sense of fun.

This is an immersion that has no fixing., no pressure. Just a chance to understand yourself more deeply, and to feel a little freer in how you love and live.

This is for you if…
You long for deeper connection , with yourself, with others, and with life.
You’ve already done some inner work, and now you’re ready to go further, not by pushing, but by softening and exploring.
