In order to reap the full benefits of a yoga practice it is essential that we develop a personal relationship with ourselves and our practice, dedicate time for self-study, and to incorporate the practice of yoga into our daily life. This retreat program is designed to outfit you with the training and knowledge you will need on your adventure into yourself.
You will learn safe and effective techniques for daily asana practice, fundamental breathing exercises both for calming and energizing the body and mind, and simple but powerful strategies for meditation.
