Thanksgiving in Taos was Amazing! The people, the yoga, the ashram, the Kirtan … it was all beyond fantastic! I highly recommend any retreat that Loren puts on- it was seamless and beautiful in so many ways. She is an incredible space holder and organizer - I would 100 percent do this again. I’m so grateful I chose to be here this Thanksgiving! Thank you SO much!

Incredible experience from start to finish. The magic of the Bhakti spirit cultivated here with our Kirtans and Sadhana I will carry with me for many years to come. Taos was so special with the Hanuman Temple and the Pueblo - full of spirit. The coordination, retreat center, and chef were all the perfect team for an amazing Thanksgiving week together!

The Bhakti in Taos 2025 Retreat was an A+ experience. Lauren made sure everything ran smoothly and was in constant communication with us about what to expect next as the days progressed. She also had great recommendations for us for ways to spend our free time out in the community of Taos. She held space and had great reverence for the heartfelt nature of the retreat, leading with her calm and kind demeanor. I wish Lauren and Rachel could curate all of my trips! Thank you Lotus Retreats, would 100% book with you again.

Sedona Soul of the Earth Women's Retreat, October 2024 I had the privilege of attending the Sedona Soul of the Earth Women's Retreat in October 2024, not as a guest, but as the main chef's assistant in the kitchen. Despite my role being behind the scenes, the experience was nothing short of transformational and heart-activating. The retreat was in the breathtaking landscapes of Sedona, which provided a serene and spiritual backdrop for container. From the moment I arrived, I was held by the amazing energy brought by both the facilitators and the guests. The atmosphere was charged with positivity, openness, and a genuine desire for connection. Over the course of just four days, I felt a profound bond forming with the 16 incredible women attending the retreat. We held space for one another to be fully ourselves, without judgment or hesitation, fostering deep and meaningful connections that I believe will last a lifetime. Loren, the organizer, did a beautiful job ensuring everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire time. Her attention to detail and genuine care for each participant was evident in every aspect of the retreat. The Elemental Weavers, who facilitated many of the sessions, were strong and inspiring leaders. They guided us through various activities that were both grounding and elevating, helping us to connect more deeply with ourselves and the natural world around us. Even though my primary role was in the kitchen, assisting in preparing nourishing meals for the group, I felt fully included in the retreat's activities and the sense of community that was cultivated. The shared meals became a time of joy and connection, where stories were exchanged, laughter was abundant, and hearts were opened. The transformational power of this retreat extended beyond the scheduled sessions. The informal moments—sunrise meditations, walks amidst the red rocks, and evenings under the starlit sky—were filled with introspection. Witnessing and being part of such authentic interactions was truly heartwarming. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the Sedona Soul of the Earth Women's Retreat. It was an unforgettable experience that touched my heart and soul in ways I couldn't have imagined. I walked away not only with new friendships but also with a renewed sense of self and a deeper appreciation for the power of community and shared experiences. I highly recommend this retreat to any woman seeking personal growth, connection, and a transformative journey in a supportive and nurturing environment.

First and foremost, apologies for this super overdue review. I just realized that I haven't left a review for Loren Lotus, but periodically I have thought about this magical retreat I went on with Loren in 2018 to Colombia. Loren was very communicative about all the trip details beforehand, and planned very special programs; a small trip to the neighboring village with a local guide, interesting workshops with great guest teachers, etc. although she is an amazing instructor! The retreat venue was magical and was very accommodating about everyone's dietary restrictions. I spent possibly the best week of my life, and I am forever grateful for that experience. Highly recommend it if you are looking for something to nourish your mind, body, and heart. Thank you Loren. I hope you are doing well! Sending love.
