Terms:
At most courses, a 24 hour cancellation period will be in effect. If you do not cancel more than 24 hours prior to your tee time the full amount of the caddie fee will need to be paid on arrival at the club.
Please note that all caddies are independent contractors and if told in advance by their club that they have a job, then please take into consideration the efforts that this person makes to get to work. For the most part, they rely on the wage so showing up to be told the job is cancelled is unfair.
Payments and Gratuity:
- Caddie Fees range from $75 to $95 per round before gratuity

Ljunghusens Golf Club dates back to 1932 and there are 27 holes to be sampled here on this unique maritime heath of the Falsterbo Peninsula.
The book True Links by George Peper and Malcolm Campbell has this to say about the course: “A ten-minute drive from Falsterbo is the 27-hole facility at Ljunghusen, which might best be described as a heathland links - in fact, Ljunghusen means ‘house of heather’. There aren't many trees, but large, dense clumps of heather and crowberry come frequently into play, especially on the front two nines. It is the third nine that provides the true links experience, on flat, sand-based land with the last six holes running along the Baltic.”
The club has held a number of national and international championships like the PLM Open in 1984 and 1987, the Telia Tour Grand Prix on the Challenge Tour from 1996 to 2004 and the European Men’s Team Championships in 2001, when Luke Donald set the course record with a score of 63
Falsterbo is one of the few true classic links courses in Continental Europe. It’s located at the southernmost tip of Sweden on the scenic Falsterbo peninsula, where the Öresund and the Baltic meet. Bird watchers flock to this designated preservation area to spot the migrant birds, so you may pick up more birdies here than you bargained for.
There’s a distinct British feel to Falsterbo and the club is strongly linked by its members to several British clubs (including Prestwick and Royal County Down), so it will come as no surprise that you’ll need to master the bump and run to score well With water on three sides it can get fiercely windy at Falsterbo and if you stray too far off the fairways your ball will be lost in punishing rough or perhaps even on one of the dazzling white sandy beaches.

Discover Lofoten and its tradition – crystal clear in the ice gallery Magic Ice
Magic Ice, in the capital of Lofoten, offers you the pleasure of browsing ice art and coastal culture while enjoying a variety of refreshments. Sculptures and installations made of ice, dramatically lit and presented together with sound, music, and images, tell the story of nature, traditions, and the life of the fisherman in this abundant island realm.
Magic Ice is more than just an ice bar – a Lofoten adventure with a difference Life in Lofoten forms the framework of the Magic Ice experience. The story of the people of Lofoten is also the story of time-honored cultural traditions, extraordinary hauls of fish, and tragic shipwrecks; of a people living in fishing villages wedged in between precipitous mountains and the mighty ocean; of control, belief, and superstition, and of the ghost of the sea, the trolls and the wood nymphs that have also found their place at Magic Ice – the story of a fairy tale world.
This gives us a new approach to the natural surroundings and resources that have formed the basis of settlement and economic growth here since the Middle Ages.
The cry of gulls lingers in the air. You can feel a storm brewing on a winter’s day, join the fishermen as they discuss their catch around the gutting bench, and hear the Coastal Steamer as it sounds its approach. Surrounded by birds, fish, and fish racks sculpted in ice, you can sense the toil and delights of fishermen past and present.
The mountain of Røstfjellet with its puffins, cormorants, and seals comprises, as such, a natural part of the exhibition.
Snow and ice art embrace various means of expression such as sculpture, installation art, scenography, land-art, and architecture, indoors and out. Enhance your enjoyment of this by exploring the incredibly varied forms of expression created by snow and ice.
This is world-class ice art. Seven artists from different parts of the world have created “art below zero” at Magic Ice. For centuries, artists from all over the world have made their way to Lofoten because of the light and colors, the sea, the people’s openness, and the mountains. Magic Ice expresses this bond between Man and Nature in a unique way, forming an arena among ice crystals, authenticity, and purity.
Ice bar offers different kinds of drinks served in handmade ice glasses. Don a warm “penguin coat” and enjoy the ice art as you sip your drink from a glass made of ice.
