About this trip
This 5 night/6 day retreat is where Wellness meets Adventure! You will experience a "guided vacation" complete with relaxation, a daily adventure and deep connection with one's self and the amazing Nicaraguan community in the gorgeous beach town of San Juan Del Sur. Each day begins with an optional yoga practice and MELT Method self-care class, followed by fresh fruit smoothies poolside on the patio with the most incredible views at Casa Sueño Real. You will have an outdoor adventure each day (examples are: a surf lesson, zip line, jungle horseback ride and catamaran sailing day) ending always with a sunset drink and dinner. You cannot imagine the sunset each day! Meals, adventure, amazing accommodations and transportation are all included. Come with a friend or on your own to experience a full reset of connection for body and mind!
