The Lounge Family Meet and Greet is back for another year and we are headed to St. Lucia!  The trip is scheduled for Wednesday, July 19th, 2023 through Monday, July 24th, 2023.  This trip will include everything you need have an amazing time! Meet and Greet events are adult only but you will have the option to bring children under 18.  This will be an all-inclusive trip so everything is covered.  All your food, all your drinks, all the planned activities, and your accommodations are included in your package! All you have to do is get your passport, book your flight, and show up! 

Travelers staying at the family-friendly resort will not have access to the Hideaway amenities of the resort but will have access to all meet-and-greet events. Royalton Hideaway guests (adult only) will have access to both Hideaway and the Royalton family-friendly resort amenities.  

There will be one scheduled free day for everyone, you have the option to check out on 7/23 or 7/24 if you want an additional free day.  See the proposed itinerary for additional information.

Your package includes more than just the all-inclusiveness of the resort.  It is packed with all of the Meet and Greet Events but also allows you some time to enjoy the resort and do your own thing if you want.  This time we have at least one full free day but still a fun-filled week of events.  All events are included and packages can not be altered. 

Please note that adults staying at Royalton St. Lucia will be invited to all Meet & Greet events but they will be ADULT ONLY. If any children under 18 are a part of your stay, arrangements will need to be made on your own for child care.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our contractual agreements with hotels and multiple travel vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts. Travel insurance is offered and strongly encouraged you can review the information below to protect deposits and payments.

PAYMENTS

1. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders. 

2.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to  lfmng2023@gmail.com.   We will do whatever we can to accommodate any changes just please understand we are under contract and at the mercy of the suppliers.  

Deposits are due no later than 10/1/2022, to secure your spot on this trip. 

The final payment is due May  1, 2023, for all packages.

Your reservation will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation policies in place if payment is not made in full by 5/2/2023. 

All payments and deposits are applied toward your reservation to secure your spot on this trip. 

For your convenience, we are accepting electronic fund transfers from your bank for payment. If for any reason your payment is returned by your bank there will be a $35 return payment fee accessed and you will have one (1) opportunity to make up the payment. All future payments will need to be made by debit or credit card going forward as a result of the returned payment. If the payment is not made up within 7 days of the return payment or before the final payment deadline you will be subject to immediate cancellation, a $35 returned payment fee, and the outlined refund policy if any payments have been previously collected.

Current Travel Policies 

As we all know we are currently experiencing restrictions on travel due to the national pandemic. While things are constantly changing and will likely be changed again by the time our trip is scheduled it is necessary that you are made aware of the current requirement to travel to and from St. Lucia, but also keep in mind should there be any changes that affect our trip you will make aware of right away.  

SAINT LUCIA COVID-19 MANDATORY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS  

OUR ISLAND IS OPEN TO VISITORS FROM ALL COUNTRIES

All arrivals – no quarantine required

Fully Vaccinated Travellers* – NO TEST REQUIRED

There is no requirement for a pre-travel test for fully vaccinated travelers. Fully vaccinated travelers must provide a valid vaccination record as requested on check-in, for boarding, and on entry to Saint Lucia.

*Fully vaccinated means two weeks have passed since the second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or since a single-dose vaccine. Vaccine proof must be presented on entry to Saint Lucia.

Unvaccinated Travellers

Unvaccinated travelers aged 5 years and older must have a valid negative Standard COVID-19 PCR test done within 5 days before arrival.

All Travellers – Health Screening Form
The Health Screening Form should be downloaded and printed and must be completed by all passengers 18 years and over before disembarkation in Saint Lucia. This is for ease of processing on arrival.  The health screening form will be provided closer to your travel date.  

REFUND POLICY

Deposits are 100% nonrefundable 

🔴Cancellation before 12/1/2022 - 100% refundable less the deposit 

🔴Cancellation 12/2/2023-2/1/2023 - 50% refundable less the deposit 

🔴Cancellation 2/2/2023-3/1/2023 - 25% refundable less the deposit

🔴Cancellation 3/2/2023 and after - 100% nonrefundable 

2 or more missed payments without communication will result in auto cancellation and any payments made will be nonrefundable.

If we do not meet the minium number of attendees to fulfill the trip at the group rates we have been provided by 8/31/2022 or this trip is canceled by the organizers for any reason you will have the option of a full refund of any monies paid or our trip being repriced with the number of confirmed attendees we have. 

Roommate Replacement:

Roommate changes are allowed through 5/31/2023. 

To change a name on the reservation the fee is $250. 

Changes made after 6/1/2023 will be subject to the cancellation & refund policy.  

The replacement would need to make up any nonrefundable amount of the reservation and if they want to be added to the same room pay the name change fee as well.   

There will absolutely no roommate changes after 6/15/2023. Any changes in travelers after this date will result in a canceled nonrefundable reservation and/or the remaining people in the room are adjusted to the price of the number of people remaining.

After you make your way through baggage claim airport transportation will be ready to pick you up and take you to Hideaway Royalton St. Lucia.  

Time: 6 pm - 8pm - Welcome Party 

Once you are checked in the festivities begin right away.  We will kick off the Meet and greet week with a welcome party cocktail hour.  There will meet other attendees, get your swag bag, and all the details needed for a full-filled week in St. Lucia.  

After the welcome party, you are free to do whatever you wish at the resort. Remember there is nightly entertainment and drinks are included at the disco.  

The first night after checking in can be exhausting.  After the excitement of yesterday you take some time today to explore the resort and St. Lucia on your own.   You can book an excursion or spa treatment.  Hang at the beach or pool.  Stay in your room and order room service all day.  The choice is yours.  

We will get together as a group for a private excursion through St. Lucia.  If that thought the sailing was amazing last year, wait until you see what is in store for this year! 

Later that night we all meet for dinner for amazing local cuisine at a restaurant off the resort.

This meet and greet will be like no other! If you thought Aruba was fun wait until you see what we have up our sleeve for this one.  Some people can say they've been to St. Lucia but very few will say they experienced St. Lucia like we will.  

Take this day to relax and reflect on the amazing time we had.  You can pack, rest, get souvenirs, and spend another day on the beach.  

You also have the option to check out today and wrap up your vacation today.  You can choose the option of 7/23 to check out when booking.

Today will be most of our last day in St. Lucia.  I hope this Meet and Greet was amazing and better than you expected! Airport transportation will be scheduled to take to you to the airport for your departure time.
