This tour involves moderate to high physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing up/down (at times slippery) steps, hiking up a mountain, rowing in a canoe and lots of swimming. There will also be long stretches of driving (with several stops to stretch).
While the adventure is rewarding, it’s best suited for individuals in good physical health with no limiting mobility (Eg. back, hips, knees, etc.) OR severe heart or blood pressure issues.
