After arrival, we’ll transfer to the luxurious 5-star Fable Auckland, a boutique hotel blending old-world elegance with modern flair. Located in the heart of the city, near chic boutiques, the Viaduct Basin, and the Sky Tower, it’s the perfect place to start your New Zealand adventure. We’ve arranged for early check-in, so you can settle in and enjoy a delicious breakfast at Cooke’s Restaurant—your first taste of New Zealand’s culinary delights.


Take time to relax or explore the city at your own pace. Stroll along the waterfront, savor a relaxed lunch at a nearby café, or head up to the Sky Tower for breathtaking views of the city’s stunning skyline.


In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner at one of Auckland’s premier downtown restaurants, celebrating the start of our journey with a sumptuous meal and a taste of New Zealand’s fine wines.

After a delightful breakfast at Cookes Restaurant, we’ll take a leisurely stroll to the ferry terminal, where we’ll embark on a scenic journey to Waiheke Island. As the ferry glides through the crystal-clear waters of the Hauraki Gulf, marvel at the stunning vistas of Auckland’s skyline and the scattering of picturesque islands, setting the tone for a day of breathtaking beauty.


Upon reaching Waiheke, you’ll step into a world of lush landscapes, rolling vineyards, golden beaches, and charming villages. Hop aboard the Hop-On Hop-Off Explore Bus, the best way to uncover the island’s treasures at your own pace. Your first stop: Stonyridge Vineyard, nestled in a valley framed by olive trees and sprawling vines. This vineyard is famed for its world-class Bordeaux-style wines,

particularly the prestigious Larose blend, often hailed as one of the finest red wines globally. With its rustic charm and stunning surroundings, Stonyridge offers a guided wine tasting experience that feels like stepping into a Mediterranean haven. As you sip their celebrated wines, you’ll be enveloped by the peaceful beauty of the vineyards, with rows of vines stretching out towards the horizon.


Next, the adventure continues to Batch Winery, located at one of Waiheke’s highest points. Afterward, savor a delectable lunch at their on-site restaurant, where dishes are crafted to perfectly complement the winery’s distinct flavors, all while soaking in the views from this elevated paradise.


In the afternoon, take time to explore Waiheke’s natural beauty at your own pace. Stroll along pristine beaches with golden sands and clear waters, or, for the adventurous, hike through native bush to discover hidden waterfalls. For a cultural touch, visit art galleries and boutique shops that showcase the island’s creative spirit and local talent.


As the sun sets, board the ferry back to Auckland, with golden light dancing on the water. The evening is yours to enjoy—whether dining at a top restaurant or relaxing at a chic bar, Auckland’s vibrant nightlife offers the perfect end to an unforgettable day.

After a nourishing breakfast, meet our charismatic New Zealand tour guide, who will introduce you to the captivating beauty of this country. Upon arrival at Waitomo, prepare for an unforgettable experience as you venture into the mystical caves. Marvel at the stunning limestone formations that have been shaped over millions of years. As you enter deeper into the cave, you’ll be greeted by the magical glowworms that light up the cavern ceilings, resembling a starlit sky. Gliding silently along the underground river, you’ll be awestruck by

After the cave tour, enjoy some free time to grab a quick bite at one of the local cafes before we continue our journey to Rotorua, the geothermal and cultural heart of New Zealand.


Arriving in Rotorua, you’ll immediately feel the energy of this geothermal wonderland. Known for its dramatic geothermal features, the town is surrounded by bubbling mud pools, steaming hot springs, and geysers that erupt from the earth. The air is rich with the scent of sulfur, a reminder of the immense geothermal activity below. Check into your 4-star hotel, where comfort meets nature, and

take a moment to unwind.


As the evening unfolds, prepare for a deeply immersive experience with the Te Pā Tū Maori Cultural Experience. You’ll be welcomed with a traditional Maori ceremony, a spiritual ritual that sets the tone for the night. The performance brings Maori legends to life through captivating songs, haka dances, and storytelling, celebrating the rich heritage of the Maori people. The evening’s highlight is the hangi feast, a meal cooked underground using heated rocks, offering a true taste of Maori cuisine. Arriving at the world-famous Hobbiton Movie Set, you’ll step into the magical realm of Middle-earth. Nestled within a sprawling 1,250-acre sheep farm, this enchanting location transports you straight into the heart of the Shire. As you wander along a two-hour guided tour, explore the whimsical Hobbit Holes with their vibrant doors, stroll across the iconic double-arched bridge, and breathe in the sweet fragrance of lush gardens filled with vibrant flowers and thriving vegetables. Every corner of this set is brimming with detail, bringing to life the scenes from The Lord of the Rings

and The Hobbit. Cap off your visit with a drink at the Green Dragon Inn, where you’ll savor a specially brewed Southfarthing ale or cider, crafted exclusively for this magical place. 


As the day winds down, enjoy the peaceful drive back to Rotorua, with the afternoon sun casting a golden glow over the landscape. At the summit, indulge in a wine tasting at the Volcanic Hills Tasting Room, savoring five expertly crafted wines from New Zealand’s finest regions, like Marlborough and Central Otago. After some free time to refresh and enjoy dinner, we’ll meet at 9 PM for the mesmerizing Redwoods Nightlights experience. Created by renowned designer David Trubridge, this treetop walk features stunning lanterns inspired by Maori patterns, casting a soft glow over the 120-year-old Californian redwoods. Elevated bridges wind through the towering trees, transforming the forest into a magical wonderland of light and nature. It’s a serene and unforgettable way to experience Rotorua’s iconic redwoods, blending art, culture, and nature in a truly unique setting.

Lakeside Serenity and Taupo Sailing Adventure

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll check out and begin our journey through lush, rolling landscapes toward the stunning Lake Taupo, a natural gem nestled in an ancient volcanic crater. Our first stop is the Huka Honey Hive, where you'll discover a wide array of New Zealand's finest honey varieties, from smooth clover to rich manuka. Enjoy tasting each flavor while learning about the crucial role bees play in

maintaining our ecosystem, from pollination to vital conservation efforts.


Next, visit the awe-inspiring Huka Falls, where thundering blue waters plunge over rugged rock formations. Take in the power and beauty of this iconic waterfall with a leisurely walk around the area. From there, continue to the shores of Lake Taupo, where the sparkling waters meet snow-capped mountains. Enjoy a lakeside lunch at your own pace, with the stunning scenery as your backdrop.


In the afternoon, embark on a sailing adventure across Lake Taupo. Glide over the tranquil waters as you take in the panoramic views of the lake’s rugged cliffs and lush forests. A highlight of the journey is the remarkable Māori rock carvings, an incredible cultural treasure carved directly into the cliffs, accessible only by boat.


For two nights, we will be staying at the Millennium Hotel and Resort Manuels Taupo, a 4-star, family-owned retreat nestled right on the edge of Lake Taupo. Offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, this charming hotel combines personal service with modern comfort. Enjoy peaceful lakeside walks or simply relax and take in the serene beauty of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal place to unwind.

With its Mediterranean climate, vibrant dining scene, and access to the gannet colony at Cape Kidnappers,

Napier is also the gateway to the world-class wineries of Hawke’s Bay.


Upon arrival, enjoy a visit to Crab Farm Winery, a boutique, family-owned vineyard in Bay View. Relax in the sunny courtyard while savoring a selection of handcrafted wines from their own vineyards. Continue your wine journey at Linden Estate, which specializes in a diverse range of wines that showcase the unique terroir of Hawke’s Bay. Known for its bold Syrah,

Start your day with a visit to the world-renowned Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand’s oldest and one of its most prestigious wine regions. Known for its sun-soaked vineyards and diverse terroir, Hawke’s Bay is a paradise for wine lovers, celebrated for producing some of the country’s finest Bordeaux-style reds, Syrah, and Chardonnay, thanks to its ideal climate and varied soils.


Our first stop is the distinguished Te Mata Estate, one of New Zealand’s most iconic wineries. Here, you’ll be treated to a curated tasting of their renowned wines, including the prestigious Coleraine, the bold Bullnose Syrah, and the elegant Elston Chardonnay. Each wine reflects the rich Hawke’s Bay terroir and Te Mata’s century-long winemaking expertise, blending tradition and innovation in every sip.


Next, we’ll head to Elephant Hill Winery, a stunning vineyard set along the picturesque Te Awanga coastline.
