Hi just like to say I had an amazing time on the Refine and Restore Retreat with Sarah . The experience has definitely set the bar high for future holiday breaks . Everything from food ,accommodation, facilities was of exceptional standard. Retreat with Sarah couldn't be faulted in any way. An exception teacher willing the share her knowledge and success with other teachers. She made the retreat very welcoming and comfortable for everybody . This was a fantastic retreat! Sarah was so accessible all week and openly shared her knowledge. There was a great balance of free time, practices, and workshops. I really enjoyed the sequencing workshops, where we got the time to develop and get feedback on our sequences. One of my biggest takeaways was that sequencing doesn’t have to be complicated to be challenging. The opportunity to learn not only from Sarah but from other yoga teachers was incredible! I feel like a new yoga teacher after this retreat and am so excited to continue putting my new knowledge to use!

What a great trip! The accommodation was perfect. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, showers had good pressure and hot water, the actually villa was beautiful, the pool Was perfect. The layout made it feel like there was lots of space, and it was easy to take a moment for yourself. Location is perfect, you are very central. It was easy to walk to the beach, restaurant and right around the corner from a connivence store The food was pretty good, there was sometimes a small lack of communication of what the dishes were, but didn’t really matter as everything was super tasty. Sarah our host lived up and went beyond expectations. Her knowledge of both yoga sequencing and business was immense. She was available for any question big or small. She provided encouragement through out the whole week. Both Sarah White and Best of Travel did a wonderful job with this retreat. I would definitely use both of these businesses again. All details were thought of and touched on. Thank you for a fab week!

Thank you to the organizers and Sarah who made sure that everything was easy : from the booking with the possibilty to pay in several instalments, to the perfect accomodation, extras all tailored and included (transportation + access to the Sundays Club, massage)... Nothing to worry about except getting on D-Day to the venue for this life changing week with our beloved creative sequencing master.
