Gather in the charming town of Evergreen, 30 minutes into the mountains from downtown
Denver, to focus on wellness and self-care for six days. We'll stay at a lovely creekside inn and move up the mountain for classes, treatments, and renewal sessions at a private home with sweeping views of the valley below.
This is a time to concentrate on yourself--your energy and enlightenment--in a stunning natural setting.

Tucked in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Evergreen is situated close to Denver, but still maintains its mountain-town feeling
The historic downtown area sits at an elevation of 7,165 feet and has a charming strip of boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, and more.
Central features include the beautiful Evergreen Reservoir, where you can paddle board or kayak, and Bear Creek, which is an ideal spot for fly fishing.
Much of our time in Evergreen will be spent at the splendid home of Lurleen Ladd, high on Bell Park Road. Lurleen and her husband Dan bought the house during COVID, and Lurleen has dreamed of sharing it with others who, like her, are working to improve their physical and mental health.
The large deck with views of distant mountains will be the place where we practice yoga, take water color painting classes, connect over meals, dance to a live band and more. Inside the house is space for body treatments, astrology readings, acupuncture plus cooking and energy classes. The house has a built in sauna that's always open for guests to use, and nearby is a network of hiking trails.
The Highland Haven Creekside Inn is a modern Colorado mountain inn that features seventeen distinctive guest rooms, cottages, and luxury suites plus one decadent Treehouse. All guests enjoy freshly made breakfast boxes delivered to their room every morning and a complimentary happy hour in the evening.
Situated on 400 feet of Bear Creek, in the heart of Evergreen, the inn is within walking distance to the offerings of Main Street. The Highland Haven strikes the right balance between intimacy and professionalism.
NextTribe offers a safe travel environment that through the energy and alchemy of adventurous women turns into a real community in a short amount of time.
We are known for group travel for women over 45 who don't normally like group travel. We keep our groups small and know that our guests are curious explorers who can take care of themselves. We allow them space to make the trip their own. You will not be in lockstep on a tight schedule behind a guide. You can roam on your own if you want (with a good GPS and a knowledge of how to meet up with the group later) or you can take full advantage of the guide's knowledge of the city.
We do expect our travelers to have a level of self-sufficiency, being able to carry their own bags if need be for instance, and to be respectful of others in the group and open to new experiences and friendships.
You can now buy your travel insurance through NextTribe. We are happy to partner with one of the leaders in the field Allianz. Click here to get a quote.

We'll gather at our hotel for wine and snacks to meet each other and learn the contours of the retreat. We'll walk to dinner at the nearby Campfire Restaurant.
