This 6 night Mediterranean retreat is nestled in the hills of the Italian Riviera, completely immersed in the Ligurian countryside. This week includes a variety of daily yoga and dance based fitness classes, workshops, an Italian language lesson, a boat trip along the gorgeous Levante coastline, wine tasting with a local sommelier, an Italian cooking class, and to kick it all off a sunrise hike overlooking the bays if Sestri Levante and a farewell dinner at a local trattoria.
