Patagonia is one of the most vast, wild, and visually stunning regions on Earth — a place where jagged granite peaks rise straight out of the land, glaciers spill into turquoise lakes, and weather moves through like a living presence. It’s raw, powerful, and humbling in the best possible way. This is a landscape that invites perspective, resilience, and awe — the kind that stays with you long after you’ve left.
This is a true yoga + hiking retreat. Not yoga with a little hiking sprinkled in—but yoga paired with serious, awe-inspiring trekking through one of the most breathtaking landscapes on Earth. This experience is designed for those who love to move, explore, and be humbled by nature, while still grounding into daily yoga and intentional recovery.
We’ll be staying in a beautiful lodge reserved exclusively for our group, located inside a protected nature reserve with major trails right at our doorstep. All hikes will be guided by an experienced, licensed park ranger, so you can feel supported, safe, and deeply informed as we explore this wild and powerful landscape.
February is late summer in Patagonia and offers some of the best conditions of the year. Expect long daylight hours, crisp mornings, cool-to-mild daytime temperatures, and ideal hiking weather.
This retreat is best suited for those who feel comfortable with full-day hikes and sustained time on the trail over multiple days. You don’t need to be an elite athlete, but a solid level of walking/hiking fitness and a love for being outdoors will help ensure the experience feels nourishing rather than overwhelming. It is asked that guests are free from serious injuries that would prevent them from enjoying the hikes safely. That said, if on any given day you’d like to skip a bigger hike, there are shorter, gentler walk options and time to rest or explore at a slower pace. My intention is for everyone to feel supported and able to meet the journey in a way that feels right for their body.
Our main base will be at a private nature reserve, in the heart of the Río de las Vueltas Valley.

Flying Heart Retreats are rooted in yoga, but they are about far more than time on the mat. Each experience brings together adventurous, open-hearted people who understand the power of traveling in community—how seeing new places and cultures alongside others expands perspective, deepens meaning, and reveals details we might miss on our own. The group dynamic amplifies the beauty of each destination, creating shared moments that feel richer because they are experienced collectively. With community as the priority, these retreats honor yoga in its truest sense: not just poses or practices, but union—coming together, connecting deeply, and leaving places, and each other, better than we found them.
