We are writing the future with our present intentions. These intentions, over time, develop into our words and actions.

Whether we realize it or not, we are constantly planting seeds that will flower with time and nurturing, so why not make this process conscious?

Authentic, mindful, daily intention-setting infuse our creative lives and yoga practice with meaning and purpose, moment to moment, day by day.

This will be a wonderful time to practice conscious being, breathing, moving, relating, expressing, and creating. We will share in the group practices of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, writing. and also allow plenty of time for reflection and integration.

Treat yourself to a week to deepen your personal practice; connect with the glory of nature; unplug and reconnect with your self and the simple perfection of this moment. You’ll make new spiritual friends and devote your time and energy to a great cause: healing, soulful practice.

* Shared accommodation at beautiful Villa Sumaya on picturesque Lake Atitlan

7:30 wake up yoga & mindfulness / 8:30 breakfast / 11:00 free time, workshop or ceremony / 1:00 lunch / free time for exploring or spa / 4:00 sunset group practice / 6:30 dinner

Day 8 

8:00 closing circle / 9:30 farewell brunch / 11:00 check out & farewell
