Join Lauren for a daylong retreat at the beautiful and peaceful Green Gulch Farm Zen Center in Marin. This retreat includes 2 yoga classes, sound healing, dharma talks, a farm to table lunch and some open time to explore the property and surrounding coastal hikes. We will explore the path of practice and how we can apply the teachings of Yoga to our everyday lives - on and off the mat.
