SAMPLE RETREAT ITINERARY: We will guide you in the. following daily structure to support your vitality and wellbeing. Participating in the full schedule is highly recommended for best results but is completely optional according to your own personal needs. Please unplug from electronics to the best of your ability. However, If you need to stay in touch with loved ones we encourage you to do so briefly and not more than once per day.
Early morning Sessions may include:
- Wake up with Tea and Fruit (in silent retreat until 8 AM)
- Toning/Mantra Meditation
- Seated Meditation
- Walking Meditation
- Yoga and Swim
- SUP and Kayak
8:30 AM: Breakfast
Late morning Sessions include:
- Council Practice/ Nature Connection
1 PM: Lunch
Afternoon sessions include:
-Movement Practice/ Nature Connection
6 PM: Dinner
Evening Sessions may include:
- Ecology Concept/ discussion
- Restorative practice
