This January 11-16th, I am SO excited to host my annual winter retreat in the Sierra Madres of Cabo Corrientes Mexico at the magical retreat center Equilibrium Healing Resort and Spa. 

This year I feel incredibly fortunate to be bringing guest presenter Malka Russell, an incredibly talented and super high vibe woman who I have admired from a distance after I fell in love with her music.  Her song, Queendom, inspired the name of this retreat! In addition to being a musician, Malka is an Ecstatic Dance DJ and offers Ceremonial Sound Healings. 

Together, Malka and I will facilitate practices meant to reconnect us to our inner essence of joy and wholeness. We each weave our passions and practices for connecting to our body, heart, and spirit in unique ways, and throughout this week we’ll be bringing all our favorite experiences, including yoga and breathwork, dance and song, sharing and journaling, sound healing ceremony and deep healing.

Each of Equilibrium’s 8 suites are uniquely designed for beauty, comfort, and connection to nature. 

They are illuminated with natural light streaming in through the windows and skylights. Each bed has a premium pillow-top mattress for an amazing nights sleep listening to the sounds of the jungle.
