About this trip

This is the ultimate Bali trip.

This trip is created to give people a chance to experience an as optimised wellness lifestyle in Ubud as possible from a nutrition and lifestyle coach. Sime. Spent many months in Ubud finding the best restaurants, organic food markets, spring waters, made local contacts, found great healers, got to know the local Ubud expat community and found many of the real gems of Ubud. After guided his friends in Ubud and coaching them he felt this experience should be shared with many more people. Simen felt Ubud is one of the most magical places on earth, but especially when one has gotten some inside information from the locals and long time expats about where to go and what to do.

To have a really affordable option Bliss Immersions created this trip to be a celebration with friends and new friends to really experience wellness at it's finest while having a lot of fun.

The purpose is to facilitate for an experience that truly makes you feel the benefits of a wellness lifestyle and how you can implement this lifestyle where you go. You might be surprised to find out what foods are really positive and which are not. You might feel full of nutrients and nourishment on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

We learn from and share meals with wise balinese elders. We walk with local Balinese friends in the rice fields and jungles with amazing local herbalists and learn about herbs that grow in this mineral rich soil. We stand on top of mountains, walk through heavens gates and overlook the amazing views.
We talk with wise Balinese elders about what karma is and how it influences everyone on this island.
In luxurious settings we eat the most optimal food we can find, with often the most freshly picked foods straight from the vine to your plate. Massages, beneficial bodywork, herbal baths and more provide physical optimisation.

The facilitators shows you how great it can really be when an environment supports you in so many ways.

We shower in pure spring water, and be blessed in several holy springs by priestesses or people connected to the spirits of this land.

Wether you are vegan or not, we welcome you and we will optimise as many areas of the lifestyle as possible to take you to the next levels.

Bali has amazing energy due to its vortexing energy, position, belief in karma, mineral rich soil and more.
In secret waterfalls we get experiences and lessons from people walking the path of their inner truth.

We welcome you to express your wishes so we can best tailor the trip for you. We strive to create a basework that is beneficial for most people, but you are the expert of yourself so we listen to your intuition as to what might activate you most as well.

The itinerary might be adjusted to accomodate our flow or what we and the guests feel is beneficial for each individual.

This trip is all about activating the true version of your spirit and to be connected with who you really are.

1. Go over the itinerary and cofirm or change the meals included and ask to make adjustments as necessary. Every meal has a number, and you can tell us how you feel like  customising each one. This will serve as a basis for our food servings and help us in planning what foods to bring for trips and activities as a solid base for your nourishment that should be sufficient.

2. You can also customise and tailor each day as the days go by if something must be tailored better for you.

3. We adjust as we go to the best of our ability.

Organic mosquito repellent (although we will brjng some) (after having lived there for a long while I feel it gpes very well, but I did use some eucalyptus and citronella spray)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 90 days until arrival gives full refunds.

No refund 90 days or less before trip.


The itinerary may be subject to change but we do our best to make sure you are provided with the best environment to be happy and grow.

For example: we might serve fresher or more in season fruits than the food that is listed, or served different foods based upon what is available. The itinerary and meal plan will be updated as we go along. So we can't guarantee each meal is excactly as planned but we do our best.


We suggest budgeting for more than 1000 dollars budgeted for the trip, even though our estimated costs are lower. I also depends upon what accomodation you choose.

12:00 Welcome drinks of fresh coconuts with pineapple. Intro for early arrivals.

12:30 Papaya 

Travelling to holy springs

13:30 Full body massage and light stretching for posture

14:00 Early arrivals Pre- Meal 2: chickpea long term soaked and lightly cooked, sea salt, cumin seeds, birch syrup, black pepper, coriander

16:00 Early Arrivals Pre- Meal 3: Mushrooms in salt water and vegetable broth made of stems of cabbage and seasoning. Side of dulce, sugar kelp and moringa, salad greens.

18: 30 Herbal fermented drink of coconut water with lemon balm, angelica, gotu kola, gentian, holy basil, chamomille.

18:30 Early Arrivals Pre-Meal 4:  Acai berries

19:30 Meal 1: Dinner overlooking the sunset. Nut cheese of cashews and probiotics, activated brazil nuts, cucumber, avocao, herbs, swiss chard, arugula, avocado, green and black olives, lemon, lotus flowers.
