In luxurious settings we eat the most optimal food we can serve, with often the most freshly picked foods straight from the vine to your plate. Massages, beneficial bodywork, herbal baths and more provide physical optimisation.
The facilitators shows you how great it can really be when an environment supports you in so many ways.
We shower in pure spring water, and be blessed in several holy springs by priestesses or people connected to the spirits of this land.

1. Go over the itinerary and cofirm or change the meals included and ask to make adjustments as necessary. Every meal has a number, and you can tell us how you feel like customising each one. This will serve as a basis for our food servings and help us in planning what foods to bring for trips and activities as a solid base for your nourishment that should be sufficient.
2. You can also customise and tailor each day as the days go by if something must be tailored better for you.

The itinerary may be subject to change but we do our best to make sure you are provided with the best environment to be happy and grow.
For example: we might serve fresher or more in season fruits than the food that is listed. The itinerary and meal plan will be updated as we go along. So we can't guarantee each meal is excactly as planned but we do our best.
We suggest budgeting for more than 1000 dollars budgeted for the trip, even though our estimated costs are lower. I also depends upon what accomodation you choose.

14:00 Early arrivals Pre- Meal 2: Sweet potatoes, lentils/chickpea, sea salt, cumin seeds, birch syrup, black pepper, coriander
16:00 Early Arrivals Pre- Meal 3: Truffle mushrooms in salt water and vegetable broth made of stems of cabbage and seasoning. Side of dulce, sugar kelp and spinach, salad greens.
18: 30 Herbal fermented drink of coconut water with lemon balm, angelica, yarrow, gotu kola, gentian, holy basil, chamomille.
18:30 Early Arrivals Pre-Meal 4: Acai berries
19:30 Meal 1: Dinner overlooking the sunset. Nut cheese of cashews and probiotics, activated brazil nuts, cucumber, herbs, swiss chard, arugula, avocado, green and black olives, lemon, lotus flowers.
21:00 Opening circle.
