THE 3 PILLARS: RIDING, MINDSET & MOVEMENT
1. Riding: French Classical Dressage with Isa
Built around one simple question: how can we help the horse move with greater balance, ease, and lightness? Together, you'll deepen your understanding of your horse's natural biomechanics and develop soft, refined communication, where harmony replaces force, and balance becomes the foundation of every movement.
2. Mindset: Body & Mind Awareness with Isa & Lari
A focused practice for unlocking your next level. You'll learn to feel the difference between a true limit and an old habit, and build the quiet confidence to move past it.
3. Movement: Mobility & Movement with Lari
Open hips, open seat. We work with intention on mobility and stretching, so your body can fully deliver what your riding is calling for.
