The result: you go home with a nervous system that can actually downshift, on command, without willpower, without a tool kit you forget by Tuesday. Not because you tried harder. Because a 600-kilo animal that cannot be fooled showed your body what safety actually feels like, until your body believed it.
🌱 1. We start where you are We go into slow movements and listening to your body. What do you need? What's going on?
🥊 2. We move Sometimes the body holds anger, fear, or stress. We move it out, through movement like yin yoga or even boxing. Like shaking off water after the rain.
🤲 3. We feel and express We look at your whole rhythm, sleep, food, movement, relationships. Slowly, your body remembers how to fully feel alive.
🗣️ 4. We find your own language Your body has its own way of talking. We learn that language together.
🧘 5. We bring it all home At the end, you know your own signs. You can do this for yourself, anytime, anywhere. We finish softly, with Reiki.

This seven-day immersion is built at the level where real change actually happens.
Here’s an example day
6:45 am: Herbal Tea & Quiet Arrival
Wake up to birdsong and soft mountain air. Begin the day slowly with herbal tea from the finca garden as the sun rises over the Costa Rican highlands. Just arriving in your body.
7:00 am: Somatic Morning Practice
A guided nervous system regulation session with gentle movement, breath, grounding touch, and embodied awareness. We soften tension, awaken sensation, and create space to feel what’s present, safely and without pressure.
8:30 am: Nourishing Breakfast
Fresh fruit, local ingredients, homemade meals and slow conversation around the breakfast table.
10:00 am: Horse Connection Session
Meet the horses in presence. Through groundwork and liberty exercises, we explore trust, boundaries, co-regulation, and authentic connection. No riding experience needed. The horses respond only to what is real and mirror what words often cannot reach.
12:30 pm: Lunch & Rest
A shared farm-to-table lunch followed by spacious free time. Rest by the pool, journal, nap, or simply watch the horses graze in the pasture.
3:30 pm: Integration / Nature Immersion
Depending on the day:
- guided jungle walk
- tea meditation ceremony
- hot springs excursion
- group coaching circle
- rest & reflection by the horses
Every activity is intentionally designed to support integration.
6:30 pm: Dinner Together
A grounding shared dinner with nourishing food, sunset light, and time to land together after the day.
8:00 pm: Evening Ritual / evening off
We close with a gentle evening practice, breathwork, guided meditation, nervous system practices or a fire circle under the stars.
Then: deep rest. Sleep with the sounds of the jungle around you and your nervous system a little softer than the day before.

Your main stress patterns and triggers
Your dominant nervous system responses
Your relationship to money, control and rest
Your current life rhythm and energy patterns
From this, you receive personalized somatic preparation practices, tailored so your system begins to soften before you arrive.
This allows you to arrive in transition already.
You will engage in:
Gentle somatic movement
Nervous system regulation practices
Breath, rhythm, release and deep rest
Integration that supports felt safety and embodied calm
These practices are not performance-based, they will teach how to feel again in deep presence and your own rhythm and body.
Here, the horses are your co-regulators — not tools for entertainment.
Your stay includes:

• Groundwork and liberty work to build trust, connection and non-verbal communication.
• Hike together experiences through the Costa Rican highlands with our horses — a chance to move together in varied terrain and quietude.
• Theory sessions on partnership: deepening your understanding of communication, boundary and trust work.
