Heather A. Lee, LCSW is the Director and Founder of StresSpecialist LLC. She is the past Director of Wellness Education at The University of Virginia Medical Center's Women's Place. She is a licensed  Psychotherapist with training from the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute. She has a private practice in Boulder Colorado which focuses on the use of ecotherapy, mindfulness, nature immersion, and guided imagery to help women navigate stress and life transitions. Heather has presented workshops and retreats at such acclaimed resorts as the One & Only in the Maldives, Four Season Hualalai, Golden Door, Lake Austin Spa and the Red Mountain Adventure Spa. She is passionately committed to creating dynamic and transformational travel experiences that shift women's perspective and connect them to their truest path and passions and purpose. 


Beth Chambers  

Beth is a lover of the great outdoors and an endurance runner from Boulder, Colorado.

Yoga has been a part of her life for over 12 years and she feels her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. She first came to yoga for the physical benefits hoping to build strength and become more fit, she soon discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment self-awareness and mind-body connection. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with CorePower yoga. She will always be a student of the practice and loves to inspire others to improve wellness in mind and body through intention, breath and movement.

    Nature Immersion Meditation is about being fully where you are, in the moment, experiencing whatever nature has to offer. Cultivate stillness and presence. Learn to be in the now, one with nature
  • Mindfulness meditations
    Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts and feelings.Mindfulness involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them
  • Release/Relax workshops
    Three insight workshops and activities guide us through reflection on things we want to release that no loger serve us, tap us into inner wisdom to find passion, purpose, right path and deep peace
  • Private beach bonfire
    A fire ceremony is a symbolic event held to support release and healing. Fire ceremonies are a ritual in many medicine traditions. We will release to flame that which no longer serves us.
  • Air transportation
    Southwest offers well priced, and often direct flights to Cancun. Easy 40 minute transfer to hotel. Participants arrange their own air transportation
  • Transfer to hotel
    Lomas Travel is a great option for reliable, safe and well priced trasfers to the hotel. Chable will also reach out to guests prior to arrival to help them book transfers that meet their needs
  • Alcohol. Avaialable
    Margaritas will be provided for guests during our welcome cocktail party and at our closing bonfire. Guests may buy alcohol on their own outside these special these events
