Tulum is a tropical destination like any other which usually means classic summer-like attire. However, there are many things that you should consider aside from your clothing that can be helpful during their trip. Packing can be a bit overwhelming for those who have never been to this part of Mexico before, so we decided to help you out!

• 2-3 bathing suits and cover ups (caftans and sarongs are great too)
• Several dresses, rompers 
• Shorts and t-shirts for sightseeing days, if you prefer
• Flip flops and strappy sandals- leave the heels at home
• Light sweater or wrap for evenings, especially in the winter months
• A summery cross-body bag for around town and/or straw clutch for evenings 
• Beach tote 
• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen – the Mexico sun is strong in all seasons! 
• Mosquito repellent – no joke, they will eat you alive. 
• Antibacterial wipes
• Anti-chafing balm – it’ll be hot, so it keeps your thighs from chafing (glam, I know)
• Dry pouch for your room/car keys on walks along the beach
• Headlamp for biking or flashlight for walking at night- there aren't any street lights on the beach road
• Waterproof phone case. Cases don’t take great pics underwater, but it will protect your phone for beach and surf photos
• Battery pack

• Dry Bag or dry backpack to keep your gear dry and sand-free
• Quick dry towel for swimming in cenotes (or be sure your hotel provides beach towels you can take along)
• Hiking sandals– perfect for slippery rocks at cenotes

- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or to pay a deposit of $50 per person. If you select deposit, then you would pay your remaining balance when you arrive at the hotel.

- Once you make a payment (pay in full or deposit), you will receive your booking confirmation number within 24 hours.

- This is a non-fundable trip as a contract has been set up with the hotel.

- Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

- Traveling to Tulum, Mexico, requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.

-  We suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Cancun Mexico, Dec 11, 2022 no later than 2pm. Remember there is a 2 hour drive to Tulum.
