Most people assume a reset requires clearing the calendar. It doesn't. One day out here, done properly, will change how you sleep that night and how you feel for the ones after it. This is a full day of private somatic work in the high desert — bodywork, breath, movement, sound, and long stretches of nothing. You arrive in the morning and leave after dark, or you don't leave at all and add the night. HOW THE DAY RUNS There is no fixed schedule. The day is built around what the first session finds. We start early, while the desert is still cool — movement, breath, and the Coherent Body Morning Reset. Then bodywork: fascia and lymphatic work, one-on-one, as long as it takes. Midday moves outdoors. Guided meditation, grounding ceremony, sauna, hot tub. A nature immersion on the open playa with no phone and nowhere to be. Late afternoon is the sound journey — a 32-inch Mercury Planet Gong under open sky. Most guests describe this as the part they did not anticipate and cannot quite explain afterward. You leave with a short protocol built from what your body actually showed during the day. Not a generic handout. WHO THIS IS FOR People who are curious and don't want to commit to three days yet.
