The mountains have a way of showing us who we really are when we stop performing who we think we should be. This weekend retreat invites men to step away from the relentless pace of modern life and into the ancient rhythm of breath, brotherhood, and the wilderness that has always known how to teach us. Through somatic breathwork sessions that unlock what your body has been holding, nature walks, and men's circle work that reminds you you're not alone in this, you'll discover that the transformation you've been seeking isn't about adding more, but about remembering what's already true. We'll gather in the high Sierra, break bread together, immerse ourselves in the healing power of a traditional cedar enzyme bath, and walk trails where the only agenda is to listen. This is for men ready to trade exhaustion for aliveness, isolation for brotherhood, and the weight of constant striving for the freedom that comes from finally arriving in your own body.
