At The Reset Retreat we take a holistic approach as we know that fat loss is not just about eating less and doing more. I’m passionate about helping people to stay active, well and strong for as much of their life as possible. Feeling good and looking good! Having confidence for life!
I have three sides to my business (fitness, nutrition and wellness) that I am bringing together here to provide you with a unique holistic blend of a nutrient dense nutrition plan combined with a well-rounded exercise programme. I’ve built a team of professionals to knock your socks off who will be helping me get your mind, body and soul refreshed and giving you the kick-start you need to continue with your fat loss and wellness journey.
I’ll be running some of your exercise sessions, teaching some of the seminars and working with chef James and Tegan to ensure all your nutritional needs are met. I am responsible for ensuring your wellbeing and balance is kept in check whilst trying to lose fat. A happy person is someone who will continue with the changes in the long term.

The aim of hypnotherapy for weight loss is to make you feel confident about your body, change negative thoughts about eating and help you lose weight responsibly without impacting your emotional well-being. By targeting the mind with many powerful suggestion techniques, I can help you develop a positive relationship with food and exercise, which is key to healthy weight loss and long-term weight management.

I have been working with fresh ingredients for more years than I care to remember. My passion is simple, uncomplicated fresh ingredients. I am relishing this challenge to inspire and educate you through delicious food for all those involved, providing everyone with top nutrition in an exciting week away.
All your food will be prepared for you by our amazing award winning chef James. There will be no need to lift a finger (unless you particularly would like to be involved).
The menu is being carefully planned from several different angles:
1) Your menu macronutrients (carbs, protein and fat) will be calculated for a balanced diet and to maximise fat loss and improve muscle tone/hypertrophy,
2) Your menu will be varied and packed with nutrients to ensure all your nutrient requirements are met to keep you healthy and happy,
3) Your food will taste great - this is why James has been asked to join the team,
4) All the food will be recipes that you can replicate easily at home. You will be given real food that you can use in your real everyday life.
This is why Erica, Tegan and James will all be planning this together to get the perfect balance for you. All food will be professionally produced to a high standard.
All ingredients will be fresh and recipes made from scratch. We can accommodate vegan, vegetarians, pescatarians, meat eaters, gluten free (although not celiac), dairy free, refined sugar free, grain free and many other dietary requirements. Please ask if you are unsure.
Each meal will be balanced with proteins, fats and carbohydrates. You will not be deficient in any of these macronutrients. You will be educated in how to balance these in each of your meals and how to easily gauge your portion sizes. We will teach you about snacking, pre and post workout foods and everything we teach, we will also make for you to try out.
We will be feeding you delicious foods and explaining why we have planned them for you so that you can learn to design your own food plans in the future. And everything we teach you will be provided to you in recipe format at the end of your stay.
Most dietary requirements can be accommodated, however, if you have any specific dietary requirements, please check with me at email@example.com before booking.
7am Wake up stretches and body prep
7:30am High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session to get your metabolism started before you eat breakfast.
9:30am Resistance training or a longer hike/run (your choice which), depending on whether it is a cardio day or not.
Noon There will be optional talks/workshops you can attend before lunch (see Seminars list)
2pm Rest and Relaxation & Coaching sessions
6pm An optional second stint of HIIT training just before dinner, again to help raise your metabolism before eating.
9:30pm After dinner and just before bed we will be running some sleep yoga sessions with meditation to help bring everyone's cortisol levels down and to prepare them for a deep night's sleep.

The retreat will be held in a luxury villa. It is set in a 12 acre private estate, hidden away surrounded by green hills near the Mediterranean coast, at the foothills of Sierra Bermuda, Spain. Only a 40 min drive to Gibraltar Airport (1h15 to Malaga airport) and 15 minutes from the beach. Most of the bedrooms have direct access to the extensive gardens and most have an ensuite bathroom. During your downtime there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna or volleyball/badminton court. Or you can just relax with the amazing mountain views and a good book, paint a picture, explore the gardens or help chef with some food prep. There is also a golf course 15 minutes drive if you wish to play for an afternoon (additional cost), take a trip to the beach or stroll round the local village of Casares and surrounding countryside. There will be a series of short seminars on topics that will help you achieve your goals. These will include:
· Macro Nutrients explained: Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins
· Hormonal Balance for fat loss and health
· Staying consistent and sticking with it
· The importance of looking after your gut
· Cooking demo
Note: topics may change depending on who signs up and what topics we feel everyone would most benefit.
We will need from you a food diary to help us plan your exercise, hypnotherapy and food plans. We will contact you at the appropriate time to get this sorted.
You will also need to fill out a full screening form so that we are aware of any injuries or limitations that you have and we can plan around them.
You will need to book your own flight. Easy jet and BA both have cheap flights going from London Gatwick to both airports.
The welcome meeting will be held at 2pm on Sunday 23rd June. We will do pick-ups from Gibraltar airport at 11am and Malaga airport at midday on arrival day. Lunch will be provided as soon as you arrive at the villa. If you chose not to use our transfers and to make your own way to the villa, please make sure you arrive in time for this meeting as it sets out everything coming for the week ahead.
Before you arrive you will be given a full schedule for the week's activities.
