The Restorative Spectrum is a 100-hour, educational journey through the restorative practices. We investigate and embody the modalities of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and
Meditation. We explore the innovative practice of Power Restore®, a 'holistic interval training' created to increase heart rate variabilty, optmize vagal tone and encourage homeostasis within the body. We intertwine our passion for science, with philosophy, theory and spirituality, and uncover the benefits (and contraindications) of each practice.
