I can’t say enough wonderful things about Frantz and Randy’s yoga retreat at The Retreat Costa Rica — it was truly transformational. From the moment I arrived, I felt wrapped in warmth, kindness, and intention. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated — from the stunning natural surroundings and nourishing meals to the seamless flow of yoga, meditation, and connection. Frantz and Randy create such a safe, joyful, and inspiring space for everyone, no matter your level or experience. Their energy, humor, and deep wisdom made each class both grounding and uplifting. The practices were beautifully balanced — challenging when they needed to be, yet always filled with compassion and ease. I loved the variety of modalities they shared and was introduced to new practices I’ve completely fallen in love with. The Retreat itself is a slice of paradise — lush jungle views, incredible healthy food, and a staff who remembers every guest’s preferences, allergies, and even small details that make you feel truly cared for. It’s the perfect setting to disconnect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others. I came home feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply grateful — not just for the yoga, but for the community and heartfelt intention that Frantz and Randy bring to everything they do. If you ever have the chance to join one of their retreats, don’t hesitate — it’s a true gift to your mind, body, and soul.

Absolutely Exceptional!!! I have been on multiple retreats with Randy and Frantz. They are redefining what a meaningful retreat can be. They are soulful, talented, and expert teachers, along with being wonderful people. The retreat was beautifully planned, with daily yoga, meditation and other activities, none of which were required, but all of which were inspiring, challenging and fun. The schedule is not at all rigid, though I found myself attending everything. Our two offsite adventures were first rate. The group camaraderie was rich and deeply satisfying. Yeah! 'The Retreat' venue is over-the-top, with healthy food, multiple pools, hot tubs, and bars, and a spa that doesn't disappoint. I look forward to the next retreat.

Randy and Frantz are amazing yoga instructors especially for people like me who don't do yoga regularly. The experience is at The Retreat is perfect.

I'd rate this more than 5 stars if I could. Everything about this experience was exemplary. 1. The resort: The Retreat Costa Rica Wellness Resort & Spa really is a beautiful as advertised. Service was exceptional -- attentive without being intrusive. Food was healthy and delicious. 2. The guides: Frantz and Randy are both excellent yoga teachers but also excellent humans. In addition to leading challenging, supportive, and inspiring yoga classes, they served as caring and thoughtful guides for our entire time at the retreat. 3. The people: Somehow Frantz and Randy pulled together a group of interesting, kind, and funny participants. Not expecting it, I'm sure I've made and deepen relationships from this trip. As someone who has never done a yoga retreat before, I have no hesitations at all highly recommending this retreat with Frantz and Randy at this amazing place. This retreat was truly magical!

The Retreat with Randy and Frantz was amazing. As teachers, and leaders of the group, they fostered a real sense of inclusiveness and a welcoming environment for all regardless of their skill level. The location and accommodations were gorgeous, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I cannot wait to attend again next year.
