Tulum, Mexico · November 11–15, 2026
A five-day, four-night women’s Pilates + wellness retreat created around movement, reflection, connection, play and remembering how good it feels to be fully inside your own life.
Come solo or with someone you love.
There are seasons where life is full in the best ways. You’re building, growing, working, loving, taking care of things and thinking about what comes next. Somewhere inside all of it, though, it can become easy to move through your days without fully experiencing them.
The Return was created as a place to come back to yourself. Not because you need to escape your life or become a better version of yourself, but because sometimes we need enough space to actually hear ourselves again.
For five days in Tulum, we’ll move, breathe, journal, tap, swim, explore, eat together, laugh, rest and experience both the extraordinary and the beautifully ordinary.
Because personal growth doesn’t always look like working harder on yourself.
Sometimes it looks like remembering how much you love being alive.
Through Classical Pilates, EFT Tapping, breathwork, journaling and intentional reflection, we’ll create space to come back into your body, notice what’s here and reconnect with what you actually want.
Some of the most meaningful parts of retreat happen in moments we could never schedule: a conversation that keeps going after dinner, someone saving you a seat, walking back from the beach talking about life, or realizing how much you have in common with a woman you didn’t know a few days ago.
The Return is intentionally intimate so connection can happen naturally.
We’ll get in the ocean, move, explore, eat really good food, laugh, play and spend afternoons with nowhere else we need to be.
There will be space for inner work, but this is not five days of endlessly working on yourself.
Not every meaningful moment has to become a lesson. Sometimes experiencing your life fully is the growth.
Intentional movement rooted in the Classical Pilates method, designed to help you feel strong, connected and present in your body. No advanced Pilates experience is required.
Guided practices to help you slow down, notice what you’re carrying and create more space for awareness, compassion and connection.
Reflection and conversation around the things happening beneath the surface — what you’re noticing, what you’re learning and what you may be ready to choose differently.
A guided experience designed to invite deeper presence, reflection and connection.
A guided excursion to experience one of Tulum’s most memorable natural spaces together.
Three meals are included each day, with one evening intentionally left open for an off-site dinner in Tulum.
There is room for the ocean, pool, massages, exploring, reading, napping, long conversations or doing absolutely nothing. We don’t believe every minute needs to be filled.
Mornings begin slowly. Grab something light to eat and a coffee, walk toward the ocean and meet us for Pilates. We’ll move, breathe and wake up the body before sitting down for brunch together.
Afternoons have room to unfold. Some days we’ll explore together, including our Gran Cenote excursion. On others, you might wander through Tulum, read by the ocean, book a massage or spend a few hours by the pool with nowhere else you need to be.
Later in the day, we’ll come together for More Than Movement experiences through journaling, EFT Tapping, breathwork and reflection. There will also be space for movement, play, laughter and simply enjoying where we are.
In the evenings, we’ll shower, get dressed and meet back around the table. One evening will be spent dining off-site in Tulum. Other nights, dinner may stretch longer than expected because nobody is quite ready for the conversation to end.
Those are often the moments we remember most.
You absolutely can.
You don’t need to bring a friend, be the most outgoing woman in the room or know exactly how you’ll fit in before you arrive. Connection happens naturally here through movement, shared meals, excursions, workshops and all the little moments in between.
And being part of the group doesn’t mean being together every second. There is space to walk the beach alone, read, nap, skip something or simply be quiet.
There is room here for both connection and solitude.
You love your life, but you know you want to experience more of it.
Maybe you’ve been thinking about taking a solo trip or doing something just for yourself, but haven’t quite said yes yet. Maybe you want meaningful connection with other women, a change of scenery, more room to hear yourself or simply a few days that feel different from your normal routine.
Maybe you love movement, wellness and personal growth, but you also want laughter, beauty, play, friendship and fun.
Or maybe there isn’t one big reason.
Something about being in Tulum with us simply keeps pulling at you.
That counts too.
I hope you wake up one morning and realize you haven’t checked your phone yet. I hope you move your body because it feels good. I hope you have a conversation you didn’t know you needed and laugh more than you expected to.
I hope you meet someone you’re incredibly grateful you now know.
And I hope there is a moment where you look around the table and think:
I almost didn’t come.
More than anything, I hope you leave remembering that including yourself is part of being fully inside your own life.
The Return is hosted by mother-daughter duo Laura and Kayla, who share a love of movement, wellness, personal growth, travel and creating spaces where women can step outside their normal routines and reconnect with themselves.
Kayla is the founder of More Than Movement, bringing together her background in Classical and contemporary Pilates with EFT Tapping, somatic awareness and reflective work. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement is never only physical — it can reveal how we relate to ourselves, what we’re holding and what we may be ready to move through.
Together, Laura and Kayla created The Return around movement, connection, reflection, play and one simple philosophy:
Include yourself.

Yes. Spacious time is intentionally built into the retreat for rest, the beach, pool, exploring, reading, massages or simply being by yourself.
We incorporate practices including EFT Tapping, breathwork, sound healing and cacao, but you do not need to hold any particular spiritual beliefs to participate. Come curious and take what resonates.
Both Tulum International Airport and Cancun International Airport are options. Additional arrival and transportation information will be shared to help you coordinate your trip to Amansala.
Three meals are included each day, with the exception of one off-site dinner in Tulum, which will be at each guest’s own expense.
Maybe it becomes Pilates beside the ocean, swimming somewhere beautiful or a woman you haven’t met yet saving you a seat at dinner.
Maybe it’s laughing more than you expected.
Maybe it’s doing the thing you kept imagining yourself doing.
You don’t have to know exactly what you’ll take from the experience before you come.
