Welcome to The Reunion

We invite you to help celebrate the 35th anniversary of our graduation.  Our wish is to provide an opportunity for our fellow classmates to catch up with old friends, get acquainted with former classmates as adults, and reminisce about our school days.   This is the perfect opportunity to reunite with your friends after being apart for so long! A two-night reunion with bowling and beer is an excellent way to have some fun and catch up with each other. Enjoy the night with some friendly competition on the lanes and refreshing brews in hand. Be sure to take lots of pictures to commemorate the special occasion!  All alumni are welcome!!!

PROMOTIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

The Reunion Rams 88 / Trip Envy LLC  reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes.  By booking a reservation with  The Reunion Rams 88 / Trip Envy LLC, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to the host at the beginning of their program.

FINANCIAL DATA

The Reunion Rams 88 / Trip Envy LLC does not store any financial or sensitive user data on WeTravel servers. User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts, or SSNs are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider in the US is Stripe

(www.stripe.com), one of the world’s largest payment providers, used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.  WeTravel nor Trip Envy does not have access at any point to the user’s financial data. 

VENUE/ITINERARY

At The Reunion Rams 88/Trip Envy LLC, we strive to provide the best service for our customers. However, there are certain unforeseen circumstances that may arise which may require us to change the venue of an event. Such circumstances may include date changes, safety risks, weather, or unavailability of the originally booked venue. In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative venue that meets the customer’s needs and expectations.

We understand that changes to the venue of an event can be inconvenient and disruptive. Therefore, we will do our best to communicate any changes as quickly as possible in order to minimize disruption.

In the event that a customer is unhappy with the alternative venue, we regret to inform you that the money paid for the event is non-refundable. We hope that our customers understand that this policy is in place to protect our business and ensure our customers receive the best service possible. Thank you in advance and we look forward to serving you.

All package pricing is per person.  All packages/tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Packages/tickets can only be purchased through The Reunion Rams 88 / Trip Envy LLC  booking portal.  

Packages do not include Travel Protection Insurance.  Travel Protection Insurance is strongly suggested to protect your investment.  

Make sure you view the complete itinerary by clicking each photo of the travel day.

1. All rates are subject to change until the deposit has been received and applied.   Any bookings made after the deposit deadline are subject to the vendor's price change. 

2. All participants must pay the deposit for the booking to be reserved. 

3. All deposits are due at the time of booking.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. The first payment is extremely important to secure all the vendors that are included in the packages.  DO NOT MISS THE FIRST PAYMENT! 

2. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders. 

3. If you are unable to make the payment deadlines for the other payments, just shoot an email to GHSRams88@GMAIL.COM  with THE REUNION 35 Payment Plan in the subject line and let us know when you will make a payment so we can stop the annoying automated emails.  

4.  If you need to make changes to your Booking, please e-mail us at GHSRams88@gmail.com  with Booking Change Request in the subject line.

The final payment is May 31, 2023, for all packages.

Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from this portal.  Packages are not A' la carte.  

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  However, the purchase of travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment in case you need to cancel, experience flight delays, lost baggage, medical coverage, etc.  We like "happy participants"! Although you may not be able to attend this event, we'd love to have you join us in the future.
