i am a repeat (many) retreat yogi under jeremy + eliza's guidance - and repeatedly in awe of the heart and soul they put into these retreats, the humans that gather because of their energy, and the sacred space they hold for each of us. this retreat at imiloa was next level - space, surroundings, human, maestro's, and whoa staff + food at imiloa - and nothing is possible without jeremy and eliza. you feel enriched and rich in love. the experience was magical. i highly highly recommend and will follow them wherever they go.

Jeremy's Alive to Thrive retreat surpassed my expectations in every way. From the quality of the people, yoga instruction, location and all the care and details that went into planning a very special, memorable and transformative event. I did not know anyone going into this retreat and felt so comfortable with all the people I met. Jeremy is an amazing instructor and I got so much out of his classes. The destination, the Imiloa institute was very special and I would definitely want to go back there. I loved the ice bath experience, the live music evening, the beach party, the waterfall experience. I can't say enough good things about how this whole retreat was organized. Even when there were some hiccups with attendees getting to the retreat on time due to missed connections, everything was handled with grace and care. I loved this experience and hope to go one one of Jeremy's retreats again. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I had an amazing time on the Alive to Thrive yoga retreat! Jeremy and Eliza created a wonderful experience with lots of great yoga, delicious meals, community building experiences like the waterfall hike and ice plunge, and self care time with massages and relaxing by the pool. And the beautiful lunch beach party on the last day was beyond fantastic! I met really cool, authentic people that I know I will stay in touch with. I came back home feeling refreshed, renewed, more grounded, and more alive! Thank you for an amazing experience that I will never forget!

This trip was exactly what I needed at this moment in my life. I am a married mother of two kids with two fur babies and life seemed overwhelming and stressful to say the least. When I came home after the retreat I woke up feeling more present and connected to myself and able to be in the moment for my family. I definitely need to take baby steps reintegrating back into the crazy daily schedule and hope I can hold onto the work that I did in Costa Rica. Jeremy and Eliza hold space so beautifully in a safe and nurturing environment, so one is then able to work through ALL THE THINGS. I went to Costa Rica to do the work on myself, so I could show up more for my family and boy did I do the work! Change takes time and I am now feeling confident that I can move forward in a more grounded, connected space. I'll be adding more vegan, nourishing meals to my week (I already miss the food so much!) and more tech free connection with my family. I'm hoping some of my new found peace will rub off on them as well! Thank you Imiloa for your beautiful property, nourishing meals and glorious staff (especially Jorge). And a thousand times over, THANK YOU Jeremy and Eliza for allowing us the safe space and community to do better for ourselves and our family and friends. I am forever changed and eternally grateful for this experience! I will not forget it! See you on one of the next retreats when I can get away again! Much love!!!

Jeremy is not just a great yoga teacher; he's a great human being. From the moment you step into his class, you're welcomed into a warm, inclusive space that caters to everyone, regardless of their experience level or background. His teaching style is a breath of fresh air: innovative and attentive, ensuring that each pose and sequence is accessible yet challenging. What truly sets Jeremy apart is his ability to connect on a human level. His classes are more than just a series of yoga poses; they are a transformative experience that touches the mind, body, and spirit. For this retreat in Costa Rica, I was not just physically energized but emotionally uplifted, truly moved and alive with a renewed sense of vitality and peace. Jeremy, assisted by his beautiful wife Eliza, magically combined the tranquility of our beautiful location with his expert, caring instruction to create an unforgettable, enriching experience. Pura Vida!
