You’re tired of being sick and tired.
But every time you try to fix it, it somehow becomes more work.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
Even the “healthy” things have started to feel heavy.
And instead of waking up light, clear, and excited for the day…
it feels like an uphill battle.
At some point, this stops being something you manage—
and becomes something you’re ready to actually understand.
That’s what this retreat is for.
Not just to rest.
But to finally slow down enough to understand what your body needs—
and hear what God has been trying to show you.
Most retreats give you a break.
You come home feeling better…
and within a week, you’re back in the same patterns.
Because nothing actually changed.
This is different.
You’re not coming here for more information.
You’re coming to finally understand why everything you’ve been trying
hasn’t fully worked.
Because it’s usually not just one thing.
It’s your stress.
Your energy.
Your hormones.
What you’ve been carrying emotionally.
The pace you’ve been living at.
And no one has helped you connect it clearly.
That’s what we do here.
You slow down.
You get quiet.
You process what’s been building.
You hear from God again.
And things start to make sense.
• You’re doing everything “right” and still feel off
• You’re tired of trying to piece this together on your own
• You feel inflamed, exhausted, or just not like yourself
• You’re overwhelmed by all the things you “should” be doing
• You want clarity—not another plan to follow
• You carry a lot and can feel it catching up to you
• You’re ready to invest in support instead of staying stuck
• You know something needs to change—and you’re ready
• You want a packed schedule or constant activity
• You’re looking for a typical vacation
• You want another list of rules to follow
• You’re not willing to slow down
• You’re uncomfortable with faith being part of the process
There are a lot of beautiful retreats.
Most of them help you relax.
But they don’t help you understand what’s actually going on.
So you go home…
and end up right back where you started.
This is different.
Because I’m not just holding space for you to rest.
I’m helping you connect what’s been missed.
I look at your body as a whole—
your stress, your energy, your rhythms, your symptoms, your life.
And I help you make sense of it in a way that actually applies
when you go home.
And just as important—
this is a space where you’re not constantly holding everything together.
Where your body can slow down.
Where your mind can quiet.
Where emotions you’ve been pushing through can finally surface.
Where you can hear God clearly again.
That’s what creates real change.
You’re not paying for a retreat.
You’re investing in:
Space to stop managing everything
A body that finally gets to slow down
Support from someone who can actually see the full picture
A place where what you’ve been carrying can be processed
Time to hear from God without noise or pressure
Clarity you can’t access in your day-to-day life
Because what keeps most women stuck isn’t effort.
It’s never having the space—or the right support—
to actually understand what’s going on.
This week is intentionally different.
There’s space.
You’re not rushing.
You’re not performing.
You’re not trying to keep up.
You rest.
You move when it feels good.
You sit in quiet.
You spend time with God.
And within that space, I guide you to:
• understand what your body has been holding
• connect patterns you haven’t been able to see
• process what’s been sitting under the surface
• simplify what actually needs to change
This is where your body finally has room to respond.
A calmer body
A quieter mind
A clearer understanding of what’s going on
Less inflammation, less overwhelm, less pressure
Emotional weight that’s been lifted
A deeper connection with God
Clarity on what actually matters
Simple next steps you can trust
And the feeling of finally being like yourself again.

A small group of women who understand what it means to carry a lot. No fixing. No performing. Just space to be.
Flights are not included. We’ll provide recommended arrival and departure times so everything flows smoothly.
Not included, but strongly recommended to protect your investment.
Not included. Suggested guidance will be shared during your stay.
Airline fees, baggage, and other personal travel costs are not included.
Extra nights outside the retreat dates can be arranged separately if desired.
This is one of the most common questions we get — and the answer is yes. Many women come solo and leave feeling like they gained lifelong friends.
The retreat is intentionally designed to feel supportive, safe, and fully taken care of from the moment you arrive. Transportation is coordinated, the property is private and secure, and you’ll be with our group throughout the experience. The staff at the retreat center also feels like family by the end of the week.
Most women tell us they were nervous before arriving… and then immediately wished they had booked sooner.
Absolutely. In fact, many attendees are first-time solo travelers.
We walk you through everything step-by-step before the retreat, including flights, arrival details, packing guidance, and what to expect when you land. Once you arrive in Costa Rica, transportation is handled for you.
You do not need to be a “seasoned traveler” to come.
You’ll fly into San José, Costa Rica (SJO).
Our group will take a private charter flight from SJO to Quepos on July 27, so you must be at the domestic terminal at SJO by 9:00 a.m. that morning.
If you plan to arrive in Costa Rica the day before or anytime prior, we can make hotel recommendations near the airport that offer free shuttle service to make your arrival as easy as possible.
From there, we’ll take care of the next step together.
Yes. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Please do.
Many women arrive not knowing a single person. By the end of the retreat, they leave with deep friendships, meaningful conversations, and a level of connection they didn’t realize they were craving.
There is something incredibly powerful about being in a room full of women who simply get it.
Then this retreat was created for someone exactly like you.
You do not need to “have it all together” before coming.
This is not a performative wellness retreat where you’re expected to show up perfectly rested, perfectly healed, or perfectly put together. This is a space to exhale, reset, reconnect with yourself, and finally get out of survival mode.
You do not need to be in perfect shape to attend.
That said, this is an immersive retreat experience that includes walking, excursions, stairs, movement, and being active throughout the week. You should feel comfortable participating in daily activities and caring for yourself independently during the trip.
Our goal is for every woman attending to fully enjoy the experience instead of feeling physically limited during the retreat.
Your retreat experience includes:
6 days / 5 nights luxury accommodations
Private charter flight to Quepos
Transportation during retreat travel windows
Daily meals and curated dining experiences
Retreat workshops and teachings
Group excursions and activities
One included massage or spa treatment per guest
Plenty of rest, connection, and free time
A fully curated environment designed to help you reset physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually
Additional spa services, bodywork, and optional add-ons may also be available.
Flights to Costa Rica (SJO), travel insurance, personal spending, and optional add-on services are not included unless otherwise stated.
Honestly… both.
You’ll rest deeply, laugh a lot, eat incredible food, and experience breathtaking beauty.
But this retreat is also intentionally designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your health, your nervous system, your purpose, and the things that have likely been buried underneath stress, pressure, and constant responsibility.
Most women leave saying they came for one reason… and left with far more than they expected.
Yes — intentionally.
This is not an overpacked itinerary designed to leave you exhausted by the end of the week. There is space built in for naps, reflection, pool time, beach walks, conversations, journaling, and simply being present.
Sometimes the deepest healing happens in the quiet moments.
We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and preferences. You’ll receive intake information before the retreat so we can better support your experience.
Yes. Payment plans are available.
Because retreat planning involves reserving accommodations, staffing, transportation, and experiences far in advance, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
From the moment you land in Quepos after the private charter flight, you’re not figuring anything out.
Someone is there waiting.
Transportation is handled.
Bags are taken care of.
You just get to be present.
When you arrive at the property, you’ll be welcomed with a mocktail, snacks, and a cool towel. And there’s this first little moment where you look around and think…
“Okay. I’m really here.”
We’ll take a tour of the property so you know where everything is, and you’ll meet the staff who will honestly start to feel like family by the end of the week.
Then you’ll get settled into your room, and the rest of the afternoon is yours.
Nap. Sit by the pool. Walk around. Unpack slowly. Do absolutely nothing.
No one needs anything from you.
That night, we’ll gather for a beautiful 3-course dinner by candlelight.
You’ll sit down, eat food you didn’t have to plan or cook, and let yourself be taken care of for once.
And somewhere between the jungle, the quiet, the meal, and realizing you don’t have to manage a single thing…
you’ll take a deep breath and think,
“I’m so glad I’m here.”
There’s no alarm.
You wake up when your body is ready.
Your drink of choice is delivered quietly to your door in the morning, and for a minute… you just sit there.
No rushing.
No one needing anything.
Just the sounds of the jungle.
Breakfast is served during set times, so there’s still a rhythm to the day—but nothing feels rushed.
You walk over when you’re ready, sit down, eat, take your time.
No planning.
No cooking.
No thinking about what anyone else needs.
From there, the day unfolds.
Some days we’ll head out together—maybe to the beach or into town. Other days you’ll feel like staying back, and that’s completely fine.
There’s no pressure to do it all.
You can sit by the pool.
Take a nap.
Journal.
Go for a walk.
Or just… be.
And for a lot of women, this is the day it hits—
how used to being “on” you’ve been.
And how different it feels to not have to be.
There’s space for conversation, for quiet, for time with God… without having to force it.
Things just start to slow down on their own.
And it feels really, really good.
By now, something feels different.
Not dramatic… just quieter.
Your mind isn’t running the same way.
Your body isn’t as tense.
There’s more space between your thoughts.
And for the first time in a while, there’s actually room to think about you.
This is where things start to click.
Not in a heavy or overwhelming way—
but in those moments where you catch yourself thinking,
“Oh… that makes sense.”
We’ll spend some time together this day, and it’s not about information overload or another plan.
It’s more like connecting the dots.
Looking at what’s been going on in your body, your energy, your stress, and your life—and finally seeing how it all fits together.
Why you’ve felt off.
Why certain things haven’t worked long-term.
What your body has been trying to say.
And just as important…
this is usually where things get quiet enough to hear God more clearly.
Not forced.
Not overthought.
Just those moments where something lands, and you know—
that’s what I’ve been needing to see.
The rest of the day stays open.
Time to sit with it.
Journal.
Take a walk.
Or just be.
Because once things start making sense…
there’s no need to rush past that.
This is usually the day it really hits.
Not in a big, dramatic way…
just in the quiet realization of how different everything feels.
There’s less tension in your body.
Your mind isn’t constantly running.
You’re not thinking about ten things at once.
And it’s not because you tried harder.
It’s because you finally had space.
This day stays really open on purpose.
Maybe you book a massage.
Maybe you sit by the pool for hours.
Maybe you go on a walk and don’t bring your phone.
Or maybe you just sit there and do nothing—and realize how good that actually feels.
There’s no pressure to fill the day.
No feeling like you’re missing out.
Just space to enjoy what’s already shifted.
And somewhere in there, there’s usually a moment where the thought comes up—
“I don’t want to go back to how things were.”
Not your life…
just the pace, the pressure, the constant feeling of being “on.”
And that’s when it really clicks—
it doesn’t have to go back to that.
By now, it’s not subtle anymore.
Something has shifted.
You’re not waking up already overwhelmed.
Your body doesn’t feel as heavy.
Your mind isn’t running through a list before you even get out of bed.
And the best part—
it didn’t come from trying harder.
It came from finally having space.
This is the day where a lot of women start thinking,
“I want to keep feeling like this.”
Not just here.
At home.
In real life.
And instead of that feeling being overwhelming…
it actually starts to feel possible.
This is where we start grounding things a little more.
Not in a “here’s your new plan” kind of way—
but in a way that helps make sense of:
what actually matters
what doesn’t need as much attention anymore
what may need to shift when you go home
Simple things.
Real things.
The kind that don’t feel like more work.
The day still stays open.
You can rest.
Sit by the pool.
Take a walk.
Have a quiet conversation.
Or just be with the feeling of…
“I feel like myself again.”
And instead of wondering how to hold onto it—
you start to understand why it happened in the first place.
The last morning is slow, but there’s a gentle rhythm to it.
Bags are packed and ready before breakfast.
While everyone eats, the team quietly loads everything into the vehicles for the charter flight back to San José.
No scrambling.
No managing.
No last-minute stress.
Just breakfast together, one more deep breath, and that bittersweet feeling of realizing how much this week has meant.
By now, the staff feels like family.
The women who arrived as strangers feel like sisters.
And saying goodbye is harder than expected.
But it also feels like the start of something new.
Every year, women leave looking more radiant than when they arrived. Many are shocked that their clothes fit looser, even after eating beautiful meals, plenty of food, and even dessert.
Because this week was never about restriction.
It was about finally giving the body what it needed.
And as we head back to Quepos for the private charter flight, there’s this quiet thought:
“I’m not going home the same.”
You’re not leaving to try harder.
You’re leaving with clarity, peace, and the beginning of a beautiful new chapter.
