You may only book your room once Event Ticket is confirmed

Due to the nature of the event it is necessary to take the following precautions ❤️  

COVID COMPLIANCE  - A negative PCR Covid Test must be provided independent of status administered within 72 hours of departure. 

 - Temperature checks, rapid testing and indoor mask wearing may be required upon arrival.  - The use of lysol, hand sanitizer and wipes will be strongly encouraged. .

** Transportation, Some Meals and Logging are not included in ticket purchases

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our contractual agreements with  The Shores Resort and our Event Vendors  does not give us space  to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts.
