Amazing retreat, location is stunning and relaxing. We learned a ton from the instructor, Sarah, and her assistant Dani, and I will take these things forward with me incorporating breath work into my yoga practice. The food was phenomenal by Chef Elke, and this getaway to take care of myself was "just what the doctor ordered." Highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful time. It was a great group of women who enjoyed each others company. I felt at ease even though I am  new to yoga.. I loved the no judgement atmosphere.  The food was delicious and the facility was perfect. I will defiantly book another retreat with Sarah Oleson Yoga :)

I had an amazing time "retreating" with Sarah!  As always, she provides an amazing container to relax, reset, and RENEW!  I could not recommend traveling with Sarah any better unless there were MORE than 5 stars!!!!!

Add a trip on with Valerio, a spiritual guide that will show you the exquisite beauty of the sacred Valley. You will be picked up from MUNAY SUNQO Nov 3rd and stay at a hotel in Aguas Callientes, and take the trip to Machu Picchu early Nov 4th (Return to Cusco Nov 4th evening) Plan flights accordingly.
